A month or so ago I wrote a review saying how great this practice was. I am saddened to write this review but after today’s visit I am left with no choice. I have been going to All Smiles Dentistry and have been very pleased UNTIL TODAY!! I went in to review a treatment plan. The girl at the front went over the plan and I must say she was confused to say the least. When finished I asked for copies which she proceeded to print out. When she handed me the copies there was an invoice for almost $70 on top. Never was anything ever mentioned about this invoice. I said “wait a minute, what is this.” Her first reply was “oh, that’s nothing, let me look.” She then went to the computer and after some nervous fidgeting she said that is the balance the insurance didn’t pay. I said what do you mean. She replied they wouldn’t pay because of the frequency of the visit. WAIT A SECOND, I DON’T SCHEDULE THE VISITS YOU DO!! She replied we file the insurance as a courteously. Wouldn’t you think a professional practice that has been in business for years would know these things and if they made a mistake the would own up to it and not charge a good customer who NEVER carries a balance?! I told her it was wrong and I would pay the balance if I needed to but I wouldn’t be back. I told her to tell Dr. Rankin he was losing a patient over this. She said sure. She could care less. It was obvious the entire visit was just to dune me for money I did not owe. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PRACTICE AGAIN. With all the great dentists in the area, a practice pulling a stunt like this show be avoided. I would say BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

All Smiles Dentistry on Prima Vista Blvd has been "fixing" my teeth for years now. We have spent over $16,000. and one would think that I would have flawless, pearly whites but that is so not the case. They have extracted all of my top teeth with the exception of my 2 front teeth. I have to wear a partial to replace my top teeth they yanked out. The partial is extremely uncomfortable and has caused damage to my remaining teeth. Each time I went in with a problem they would just pull the tooth and add another tooth to my partial to fix it. Its not fixed. $16,000. dollars later and Im miserable and in pain constantly. I can hardly eat without pain. Another thing, the doctors treat everyone who is in pain like we are druggies. Sadly, they assume that EVERYONE is seeking pain meds so, that leaves the people that are actually in pain to suffer. They seem to be interested in one thing there....The almighty dollar. In closing, I would suggest finding another Dentist office before you make the mistake of wasting your time and money with All Smiles on Prima Vista.

Well where should I start I chipped a tooth and needed a feeling they were happy enough to fix it for me but they were mostly concerned about insurance and money after my insurance was verified on Monday they called and said I needed a $300 cleaning watch that would be out of pocket I told him I couldnt afford it they said they would take the toothbrush off which would drop at $150 then I received a statement from my insurance company where they overcharge me as it was I called to get a refund that $300 cleaning would now be $30 out-of-pocket I asked them to mail me a check I still have never received the check the only thing I can say is run run run away from there well its August 27 now still have not received my check at sunset today I will go on my knees and give it to the Lord Jesus Christ that something I really hate to do but the Bible says the fight your battles on the knees so thats what Ill do and Ill let him handle it

My recent experience with Dr. Rankin and Dr. Tenney for a tooth extraction was excellent. Great care was taken to make me comfortable and pain free during the process. Both doctors have wonderful chairside manners and took into consideration my emotions during this process because I was anxious about this front tooth being removed. The temporary partial was already made when I got there and was ready to pop in as soon as Dr. Tenney finished stitching. He took extra time showing me how to insert it as well as remove it comfortably and accurately. Overall the process was nowhere near as uncomfortable as I had imagined it might be. The Prima Vista office of All Smiles is awesome and I want to thank each and every staff member there.

I was in the worse pain ever!!!! The people there were so nice starting from the moment I called. The lady (Marjorie) very nice was not only able to get me in the same day but she actually said come right over. When I got there they gave me a wonderful gift and had me back to see the doctor within 15 mins. Turns out I needed a root canal or an extraction. I choose the root canal to my surprise Dr Rankin did not just say take two of these and call me in the morning. LOL!!! Dr Rankin did the root canal and got me out of pain. This is the best Dentist I have ever been to. I don’t live here in Florida but if I ever come back this would be the place to go. I would recommend this dentist office to everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dont go to this place. They will rip you off. I went in for a cleaning (covered by my insurance) and ended up getting a $200 bill when I left the office. I paid that. Then my insurance paid another $120. After that I ended up getting a second bill for $60 for charges not covered by my insurance. Total scam. They add stuff to your visit and dont even discuss the cost or consent. The hygienist made me believe what she was doing was under the cleaning that I came in for because thats all it seemed like. It took at most an hour to clean my teeth and there was nothing special about it that I can remember. I cant believe they can charge people over $300 for an hour of work. They appear very desperate and untrustworthy.

I had an amazing visit. I called Because I had a really bad tooth with a cavity and they got me in straight away. When Dr. Cash pulled it, I didnt even know it. I felt no pain whatsoever. The staff were wonderful and I love Dr. Cash and will be asking for him from now on. You have to give this Dentist Office a try. I guarantee you wont be disappointed. 5 STAR SERVICE. Aww-full, over charged me months and months ago. Been asking for a refund after insurance paid. Theyve always had excuses, we have a new computer system. Accounting will have to call you back. Accounting isnt in the office this week. The office manager left early. Im sure you can use it as a credit. I will never step foot in their door again. I warn everyone looking for dental services to NOT go there.

I love All smiles and this office is amazing! They are so nice from the moment you walk in. Deidra is a great hygienist and makes you feel comfortable and you walk out with super clean teeth! Dr.Kash is very nice, and for someone thats always nervous about going to the dentist, thats important to me, and I now can go and not worry. I highly recommend this amazing staff of people!!
