PLEASE READ THIS STORY AND DECIDE YOURSELF ABOUT THIS PLACE. First time we (me and my husband) went to this place last year and we found the office clean, dental hygienist(girl) was nice, I had some feeling about the rudeness and attitude of receptionist but I did not care as I was mainly concerned about the SERVICE. Everything ( x-ray and general cleaning) went well (they were pushing for more procedures but that was normal because all services want to make money and want to sell more) and we were OK. They gave us a bottle of liquid (about $25) for clean up and asked to comeback for deep cleaning. When we went back for deep cleaning they gave us estimate of about $1300 plus per person while our insurance says deep cleaning of whole mouth is $360. When my husband asked about details they had gum irrigation and bla bla bla including vibrating brush ( we already had) in the package. My husband (research scientist) already had researched about gum irrigation and had found no significant improvement with that procedures. He requested only for deep cleaning and they did not buzz and SIMPLY REFUSED THE SERVICE UNLESS WE BUY WHOLE $1300 PACKAGE. We left the place with sadness. We were thinking to change the place but became busy with everyday stuff and did not do that. Again, they started sending text and calling for appointments frequently after couple of months (asking to use insurance benefits before they are lost). Finally, just to use insurance for general cleaning, I called back for appointments and they gave appointments ( they did not say anything about service). When I went there, The receptionist looked at the computer record and (how does she know my recent condition with out looking my teeth) SAID THEY CAN DO THE SERVICE ONLY IF I ACCEPT DEEP CLEANING PACKAGE and again refused the service. I was STUNNED by their UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL AND MONEY-GRABBING SCAM. We regret for not reading those reviews on YELP, Healthgrades etc. Now DECIDE BY YOURSELF.

This practice is completely UNETHICAL. They charged twice what my fee schedule listed - an extra $250 for a crown, an extra $35 for a filling, an extra $75 for a mouth guard. They even charged for a procedure that should have been covered 100%, and when I called inquire about a refund they said they would process the refund but that the doctor did not want to treat me as a patient anymore. Reporting them to the ADA.

I highly recommend Maria, she was very through and showed genuine care for me. The staff was polite and knowledgeable, the Dr. Was also very funny. They have a monthly payment plan at 0 interest for 6 months if you do not have dental insurance like me. They made my dentist experience easier and I will definitely be coming back.

Would not honor their Groupon and do a proper cleaning. Said I need to pay $70 more and then all they did was use the cleaning drill to clean my teeth in 5 minutes instead of doing a proper cleaning. They then wanted to charge me $25 for some germ killing mouthwash.

Dr. Robert Faine is awesome. I love him. Hes the best dentist. Before I found him I visited 5 different ones but when I had my appointment in AA South Florida Dentistry I knew this is the right place. His staff is number one. I recommend 100% youll be in good hands

Great dentist and staff. Everyone in the office is nice and helpful. Got a cleaning and X-rays done. Hygienist and Doctors were supper friendly and nice cant wait for my next cleaning in 6 months
