I had the worst customer service trying to leave a message for this DR. I was told by SILVINA that he would not call me back and that I was not a current patient and I have seen him for over 10 years. She was horrid and rude. I told her that I just wanted to leave a message to speak with him she said he does not call people back and HUNG up on me. When I called back to get her name she said he was the manager. I will try to reach this DR because he is so nice and does not deserve to be represented by such a disgusting person

I have been with Dr. Le Bienvenue for about 20 years. I trust him. He has always had my best interest. As for his staff over the years, I always feel like I am being treated how I want to be treated. Dealing with the public is not easy. If you do not have a job dealing with the public, try it sometime.

The front service is horrible ended up slamming the windows on my mom the secretary is a complete B... the doctor is also horrible, ended up taking his secretary side when all of this happen and ended up saying he would not see me again... DO NOT come to this place.

Dr. Le Bienvenu is a very good doctor. HOWEVER, his staff are rude, disrespectful, and short. I would never recommend this practice based on the way you are treated before you can even get in to see the doctor.
