This review has nothing to do with the doctors, therapists, or medical treatment. This is regarding their billing department. They billed our health insurance, our lawsuit, and personally billed us, even though they were made aware that we had met our max out of pocket expenses for the year based on our coverage.this all began in July of 2015. We are still till this date waiting on a refund of $170 or so, we still have not even received the courtesy of a phone call explaining to us why we have not received the refund. Whenever we spoke to the billing department, the lady was rude and constantly interrupted my husband and I, and once the conversation got heated, she assumed no responsibility and would just state that she would do research and call us back. I dont know what type of research she does but I think 2 years of unreturned phone calls is Ridiculous. We called several times and no success. The worst part is I recommended this office to my husband and our attorney even though they had no idea who the office was. So please make sure that you know your coverage and have your attorney verify that you are protected from unnecessary medical costs. This office received payment from our health insurance, cash payments from us, and after our lawsuit was settled, still walked away with an additional $1500 even thigh my husband went there maybe a total of 6 times.not including thebitital consultation and the final consultation which by the way, they went ahead and billed my husband almost $300 even though this was the final consultation for our lawsuit, which they stated "oh we forgot"

Back in February I went to Dr. Wasserman for pain and numbness in one of my legs. The first time walking into the office I felt very welcomed and that they really cared about everything that was going on. After I explained everything to the Dr, he said we would do certain techniques and massage for 2 weeks, if the feeling didnt go away, then I would go for an MRI. Now looking back on it, this was one of the best suggestions he could have made. 2 weeks, never got better. MRI results came back and it turned out I had a tumor on my spine that needed surgery. I was on vacation in Georgia when I found out the news, he didnt want to deliver it then but knew he had too. Everyday I am so thankful i decided to choose him. His staff and himself are hands down amazing. If it wasnt for him, I dont know where I would be right now. Doc...thank you! And I will refer anyone I know to you

Ive been a patient of Wasserman Chiropractic for the past several years, and was among the first of Dr. Wassermans patients to be treated for Sitting-Down Syndrome. Over time, I developed excruciating lower-back pain from sitting improperly in front of my computer for many hours per day. Dr. Wasserman and his caring, dedicated staff treated me with therapeutic massage, interferential electric stimulation and chiropractic adjustments, and showed my exercises I could do at home to strengthen my lower back. Dr. Wasserman even provided me with great tips for proper posture and workstation use! Needless to say, my back pain is gone, and I cant thank them enough for the excellent care and advice Ive received. Highly recommended!

I had a very bad experience with this place . On my second visit the rep stated " I made a mistake " the first time you came because I only charged you $15 instead of $45 which is my copay . The first time I went they sent me out to go get X-RAYS at a different location , mind you my copay of 45.00 has x-rays to be included . The second visit the lady told me I have to charge the difference from the first visit which is 30.00 plus 45.00 for the second visit . Then when I told them about " why I was sent out " to get X-rays they could not answer me . Bottom line this place is a scam. I will never go back to this place again . Stay away .

Wasserman Chiropractic is the best Chiropractic facility I have ever been to. Dr. Wasserman knows exactly what happens to my back and pinpoint my problem within seconds. Mike his massage therapist has hands from God. He can turn my unbearable back pain disappear by the time I leave my appointment. The staff is friendly and knowledgable on all matters. I have recommended many people to Dr. Wasserman and will never leave even though I live far away. It is worth the drive. If you have any back related issue make sure you go to Wasserman Chiropractic and youll never have to go to anyone else again.

Ive been coming to Wasserman Chiropractic since 2012 on a friends recommendation, and every visit has been a positive experience. The entire staff at Wassermans are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and always accommodating. Physically, I have never felt better since my first chiropractic treatment. Prior to having my first ever treatment I remember waking up feeling tired and achy. The treatments have also helped with vertigo. Chiropractic care has helped me so much! I truly believe in it and even bring my children. I highly recommend Wasserman Chiropractic for first class care!

I would, and have, recommended Wasserman Chiropractic to anyone. The staff is friendly and eager to assist. They understand the meaning of customer service. The doctors and therapists spend time speaking with you so they understand why you are there and to determine the best course of treatment. They really know how to take care of lower back pain and other injuries. As they ease the pain they show you the best way to prevent injury or back pain from recurring. They seem genuinely interested in you and how you are feeling. Great place!!!

I have been going to Dr. Wasserman for about 20 years. When I first started, I was in such pain I could not move off the couch because of back pain and I was supposed to be going on a cruise in less than a week. I thought there was no way I could go. After a few visits to Dr. Wasserman`s office, I was so much better. I was able to go and enjoy my trip. Since then, my husband and children go whenever they need and know they will take care of everything. We love Dr. Wasserman and his crew. They are fantastic at what they do.

I was going through some real pain back when I went to this clinic. The staff there was friendly, and effective. They are a great bunch of guys and gals but most of all they took my pain away! And often Id just pop in for an adjustment without a notice. They do much more than just a quick adjustment though. They apply cold and heat treatments, a mild massage and also a tenz treatment then you go to the doc to get adjusted. Id recommend them definetly. Brian T.

I went to this office for neck and back pain. Dr. Wasserman talked with me at length about my issues to ensure I received the treatment necessary. His entire staff are helpful polite and professional. Each employee seems to really like their jobs and Dr. Wassermans offices are very clean and well equipped. It is a pleasure to enter an establishment where you hear laughter and see smiles from patients as well as staff.

I am glad to say I have found a Doctor and staff that are all A-1. From the time you walk in till check-out. Dr. Wasserman takes time to get to know you and put you at ease and gets you on your way to a pain free way of life again. Using massage therapy,decompression machine and exercise regiment you will be on your way to a healthy life again. If you have to see a chiropractor, this is the Doctor to use.
