I went with both my mother and father there for their annual exams and a few times for their follow up exams. He was very rude EVERY SIGNLE TIME (even having a temper tantrum one day when my mother asked him a question that he found was questioning his decision). Didnt answer questions (or answered with an attitude) that they or I would ask. Made my mother feel as if she was going to die soon (shes only 60 yo)due to her medical conditions (diabetes and htn which turned out secondary to her thyroid problems, easily fixed with thyroid medication. now her blood pressure and sugar levels are excellent). I would not NEVER recommend anyone going to see Dr. Franco, extremely unhappy.

I enthusiastically give Dr. Franco all five stars. He is a fantastic physician and besides being professional, personable, and thorough, I think the best descriptor for Dr. Franco is caring. He saved my sister in-laws life when many other physicians and E.R.s could not correctly diagnose her issues. My wife and I both switched to his care after that and have a number of friends who have switched to him as well. His nurse is wonderful and his office staff top notch.

I visited and found Dr. Franco very helpful. He took what I considered to be plenty of time with me. We had a good discussion about his recommendations. I felt engaged and like he made me a part of the process and not just a recipient of a diagnosis. I also liked the office staff which is normally the deal breaker for most doctors. They were responsive during my visit and with questions afterward. Highly recommended!

Dr. Franco has been my primary Doc for several years. I have found him to be thorough and friendly. He is very easy to talk to and answers all my questions. The staff is also very friendly and the office waiting time is reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone.
