-10 is my real rating... no stars. Where do I begin. Terrible customer service from the office staff. Rude and unapologetic. Ive witnessed them argue with patients in the waiting room and just flat out say "you must not want to be seen here... go to another doctor" and the woman they said it to was not being rude... then the office manager came up and said the same thing. The office hours are posted online but the staff will send the lines to the "after hours" message that you can not leave a regular message on for your doctor. This is where my mother goes and they get her mixed up with other people and quote inacurate info concerning her file. He Doctor is okay but the nurse is terrible and rude. You are treated like a number not a person or patient. It seems that since so many people come through there... they could care less if the make people seek other doctors... Your pharmacy can not call in perscriptions for you... just inconvenient in 2017. Not a place to seek health care if its going to stress you out. Just being honest.

As a new patient taking my newborn daughter there, I couldnt have felt like I meant less to them. Theyre office personnel are terrible they all act as if you are inconveniencing them with your presence as a patient. On top of that we took my daughter in for her newborn checkup, for a cold, one month check up, another cold, and finally for her 2 month checkup... Yet we still never even met our doctor. Pathetic in my mind, the least the doctor could have done was to step in and introduce himself. Yet here we are two months and five appointments later, and I couldnt tell you who was our doctor if I saw him in a room with the other staff. Very unprofessional doctor very rude staff very bad experience. I cant wait on the call back from our other office so we never have to step foot in their office again!

My doctor and his nurse are amazing, BUT when my doctor is gone and Ive had to use a different Dr or nurse practitioner in the group, then my experience was awful. I have always had a good experience with the front office staff, though. So, kind of a mixed bag, really.
