Brenda the referral clerk at Dr. Jose Perez-Arces office refused to generate a referral for me to see my CARDIOLOGIST for my 6 month follow up after LYING to both my Cardiologist office and myself by saying "She hadnt received any requests for a referral when both them and myself had been not only left numerous messages for her about this issue but I also personally spoke with her on several occasions! Spoke with her today and not only did she lie to me but then told me that they refer to a different cardiology group then the one I am established with for about a year now! I was forced to cancel my appointment with my cardiologist because they refused to generate a referral ! Under my insurance plan I have the option to choose what ever specialist I want in my plan its not up to them to choose my specialist ! My husband had also gone to them a few months ago for a pinched nerve in his back and the Dr. was only interested in cleaning his ears out! He did give my husband a RX for something that was supposed to help with nerve pain but it turned out to be an antidepressant without telling him what that medication was for! He had a horrible reaction to the medication that he later refused to address leaving him with the only option of just stopping the medication! They were RUDE to me, kept speaking over me while I was trying to explain what was going on. She told me I didnt know what I was talking about (When I had always worked for physicians during my working years and had actually held a position as a referral clerk for a reputable physicians office for 8 years) I called my insurance company and they told me that what they are doing in that office sounds fishy to them and I should make a report to the state of Florida about it! Which is something I will be doing this coming Monday ! I would NOT recommend this Dr to anyone that has any health issues or concerns at all! The ONLY reason I gave them the ONE start is because I could leave a review without doing so!

Olga at front Desk is really nice, always work out the best way to acomodate me for the next visist, also take her time to answer any question that I may have. Zoraida wish is the medical assistent inside is really profesional and patiente, alway ready to help with any needs that my mother or my self can have, we know her from this office for so many years and we want be seen just by her. Brenda is really nice also doing anything that my mother or my self may need from her. Doctor Perez is after a long search for so many years the only one that I can really call my Doctor, he knows all my medical problems and never in all this years under his care I felt that he is in a rush or that I need to said what I want because he needs to go to next person that is what I felt whith other pleaces that I went before to be treated. Good job for all, please keep it up.

Dr Jose A Perez-Arce Md has been my primary doctor for many many years, he has saved my life many times, A Great Doctor with a Heart, I seen 26 doctors before I seen Dr Jose A Perez-Arce Md for the very first time, He knew exactly what was wrong with me. He was right and I kept him ever since, He is a 5 star Doctor that seems very rare to find these days. Thank You Dr Jose A Perez-Arce Md, You are my Saint.

My husband had an appointment at noon and was not even called back until 2:10pm. Then his medical assistant talked right over him telling the doctor what my husband needed. Dr. Perez never did a hands on assment his MA did which is not allowed, she isnt even aneed RN. Poorly run office, very unprofessional.

Doctor Perez has been my doctor for over 12 years and has saved me so many expensive trips to the ER that you cant believe. I dont go for a visit with the front staff , I go to be seen for a medical condition by a very experienced doctor who I happen to trust with my life.

This Dr is a quack! He should have his license revoked! Front staff is rude, inefficient and uneducated. Do NOT...go to this (Dr?) of you value your life or the life of your loved ones!
