Everything was fine until I made what I assumed would be a simple request to reschedule an appointment. I explained that I needed to cancel for that day, and as I would not be available Thursday and Friday would need to reschedule for the following week. The office did not listen. I was told that they "did not have the authorization to reschedule treatment" and would have to talk with the doctor; instead of talking with the doctor (as I can only assume), they tried to reschedule me during the time I explicitly said I would be unavailable. Frustrating and completely unnecessary because they were unwilling to *listen to me.* I dont even know if the person cancelled the appointment that day as I requested and would have physically been unable to make.

They seem all right, but I have been in pretty intense neck pain since I went to a few appointments last summer, and I had not been experiencing neck pain prior to my visits. I really dont know what to do because nothing helps my neck and Im really suffering, but I certainly dont want to go back and make it even worse...
