Do not waste your time or your money here! I went in for an initial examination and 3-4 "treatments" and felt zero relief of back pain from sitting at a desk all day. Doc is not friendly and talked me into an extra set of unnecessary X-rays so he could charge me an extra $50. After this, the Office Manager told me I needed to come in like 2-3 a week! Insane and ridiculous, just so they could line their pockets. After 3-4 appointments and adjustments over a few weeks, his advice to me when I said I didnt feel any different was "dont wear high heels." So lucky to have wasted money on this revolutionary advice. Go see Dr. Ted at Kernan Chiropractic, he is awesome and will listen to your concerns! I felt amazing after just 2 adjustments with him. His treatment is personalized to your needs. Iselborn Chiropractic is a waste of money and solely relies on their reputation with Jaguars. Extremely dissatisfied, I hope no one else makes the mistake I did by coming here.

I have been going to Dr. Iselborn for over 2 years now and they are amazing! Great staff and Dr. Iselborn is great at what he does. I honestly look forward to each consultation, he knows exactly how to treat my injury and listens to all of my concerns and gives me great feedback. I can say wholeheartedly that my condition has improved since I have started visiting his office; he has taught me to listen to my body and know its limitations . I know that my back injury isnt going to heal overnight but doctor Iselborn has help me tremendously along the way!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Friendly, professional staff that could not have been more accommodating. Dr. Iselborn really took the time to listen to my concerns and was able to quickly diagnose and treat my problem areas. Ive never felt better since my treatments. Jacksonville is fortunate to have such a skilled and knowledgeable Doctor, that uses state of the art technology to help his patients. If possible Id give them 10 stars and I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I could not have a better experience with this office and doctor. The staff makes every effort to make my experience great every time. Ive had to move appointnents after already scheduling and they always make every effort to accommodate me. Also, Dr. Iselborn is a leader in the field of sports medicine and recovery. I feel very lucky to be able to even get access to his information and care. If you ever have the opportunity to get to his location I highly recommend it.

Does-it Matter
I have been to other offices but there is nothing like walking into an office where every time you walk in they greet you by name. The Dr. takes a genuine interest in your treatment plan and is not just focused on his financial gain. He even remembered a trip i was taking and asked me how it went. From the front desk to the therapy staff they all are there with a smile on their faces willing to help. i highly recommend this office to anyone needing quality care.

Wow! Mail came today and my wifes check is still not here. I wonder how many other people the Isleborns have screwed out of their paychecks? Once again, Dr. Isleborn why do you have such bad leaders? I have been in management for many years and not one of my employees has gone home on payday without me thanking them for their hard work, and handing them what they deserve. Their paycheck. Shame on you for allowing this to happen.

Dr. Iselborn is amazing! I always look forward to my visits here and I have been coming here for a few years now and I can only say I have been doing a lot better! They are very helpful here and give you the tools and knowledge you need to help you recover. They are not covered my my insurance but I continue to come here because they are great and its worth it. You will not be disappointed!

If there were 6 stars I would award them. It is a great place staffed by very talented people who solve problems that several other clinics were unable to: sciatic nerve pain, headaches from shoulder muscle spasms, shoulder injury due to overuse, hand pain, and some knee/muscle issues.

I have been to Iselborn Chiropractic for treatment for my neck and concussion and Dr.Iselborn has definitely helped me get back in the game. The continued treatment helps me recover faster after the weeky basketball games. The costumer service is wonderful!

The doctor is amazing but the office is seriously lacking in customer service skills. They are treating their checkbooks instead of their patients. It really ruins the overall experience when having to deal with offices as such.

Dr. Iselborn cured my pinched nerve in my lower back that my previous chiropractor could not. If he can adjust 300 pound Jags offensive linemen, he can surely help you too. Matt the massage therapist is fantastic as well.
