You really need to read this.I want to thank all the people that wrote a review. I dont expect these people will be in business very long with all the negativity that is published. I moved here from another state and was looking for a legitimate pain clinic for legitimate physical reasons. They should NOT ASSUME that ALL people are drug seekers. So, I decided to see how bad this place was and ALL the remarks are true. The office worker from New York does not care who she hurts or makes cry because of her rude attitude for no good reason. They can write all their rebuttals to these disparaging remarks that they want, but, until they get rid of this worker from New York with her bad NY attitude, business will fail. I am seriously contemplating writing an adverse report to the Agency for Health Care Administration for their serious violations of their patients HIPPA rights which I cannot go into here as they will be one of the charges with the AHCA. I witnessed this poor woman after being verbally accosted ( by that person mentioned above,) being hastily escorted by her male nurse out the back door in front of a waiting room full of people.This poor older lady was not a drug seeker as they try to say, you could see how disabled she was.That was totally uncalled for and unethical. It was painful to watch.

The manager is EXTREMELY RUDE and DISPECTFUL. Shes very argumentive and basically called me a liar after I told her what the doctor told me. She tells me (while yelling) that she was in the room while the doctor was talking to me and she was not. I advised her that she was not in the room with me while I was talking to the doctor And what he told me. I told her that I was trying to understand the next process because they were taking along time to get back with me and she says "Im hanging up on you because youre driving me crazy". I asked her if there was anyone else that I could speak to because this is a place of business and she doe not need to talk to me in the manner she was. She ended up hanging up the phone. The facility itself is not clean WHAT SO EVER. While I was getting an X-Ray, I seen a dead roach behind the door. The place is FILTHY. DONT NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They are unprofessional, especially the manager.

Hello ,If your talking about the manager her name is Gloria she is a registered Nurse I have been going to them for now 17 years now and seen enough people that go in there expecting narcotics and normally you can tell by looking at them.Trust me they do get inspected .you have to have exrays ,Blood work,MRIs this clinic is not stupid! And you must go to therapy. They really are good people and do care or I would of found another Docter by now. They have rules they got to follow. And you need to follow there rules.I have seen people be so rude to them .This is just my experience .Some people has came in way to early for there medicine and demand more and had to leave with a police escort .Thank you for being a great pain management for me and hope others do to.

I was told to be there promptly at 8am. I arrived at 7:45. Nobody was there and the place was locked up. They didnt show up until precisely 8 and there were then 6 people already waiting. I filled out the paperwork and as I was doing so the woman behind the counter was screaming at the other ( and I do mean screaming) about the AC. She then proceeded to dump my prescriptions on the counter for all the patients to see and then emptied them into her bare hand to count my pills. Violation of privacy and GROSS! and totally unsanitary. I decided not to stay. The woman then verbally assaulted me for wanting my records shredded and then tried to grab them out of my hand. I will be filing administrative complaints against this facility.

All these negative reviews are correct. On one visit to the clinic, the owner from New York was yelling at me, made a scene in front of other patients and tried very strenuously to take my purse from me because I was trying to maneuver my way around the waiting room in my power chair and had my purse strap draped from my neck (purse in lap) so my hands would be free to operate my chair. I would never set foot in there again. The building is not ADA compliant which is bewildering for a pain clinic.

liked everybody but owner was rude rude! rude ! she wasnt just having a bad day she was rude every time I went back 3 times finally she verbally assaulted my wife making her cry that women just didnt care, you can tell she always has to get last word in just look at response to other comments, she must be very unhappy was a waste of a lot of money not sure the doctor was aloud to have his own option unless she agreed

I have been going to them for close to a year and they have changed my life. They do not hand out narcotics. I am personally on a program for opiate dependance which is a non methadone treatment and has changed my life. I think they are great and very friendly, almost like family to me now. Your negative reviews are most likely because they didnt give you the pills you were looking for. I love gloria!

If I could give this doctors office a zero star I would the staff is very unprofessional the older woman who is the nurse thinks she knows it all and talks about other patients info and cussing nonstop
