Today I had the worse experience ever in Dr. Hernandez Clínica (Kendall). Secretary Yovanka made the wrong appointment and I came from Aventura. I took me 2.5 hrs to be on time at3:30, when I arrived, yovanka told me in my face IDo not have an appointment. And there is not any Dr in this place to help me. That is not profesionalTo play with the clients , with my time , with my sickness. I felt horrible in this place because of the treatment front desk people gave me. Suddenly, I saw the Dr walking on front of me , after everybody said he is not here. Me siento impotente después de esta experiencia aquí. Me sentí en el tercer mundo .

My doctor is the best. Both doctors in the office really care about me my health and my beliefs as far as how I feel about the medical field. I thank Dr Hernandez for helping me lose 30 pounds over 4 years ago and I still have kept it off the weight loss center is amazing there and it really works.
