I have been to many chiropractic services, but none like this one! Im ever so greatful to my previous employers, Henry and Michelle Salgado, for sending me to these angels. I left relieved, relaxed, and informed! I even said, "if i werent married, Id propose," semi jokingly. I am a chronic sciatic with harsh degeneration in my lower vertebrae, to sum it up. Normally, Im down and out in excruciating pain for up to 2 months, limited to no mobility, dropping weight and visiting e.r. numerous times for meds, sleep and/or simply, relief... I was walking within 2 weeks with minimal pain, and back to normal within the 3rd week. Without added meds!!! I was working again and providing for my girls... I wasnt pressured to return and was informed of preventative/ or strengthening measures. The staff is delicate and friendly. They dont do anything when u say no, like some others. I have walked out of other places, crying in agony while the kids tried carrying me out, wishing they listened to me and still, I had no relief. This is home and this place, staff, I consider family. I suggest all of my friends and co- workers to Atlantic wellness NSB. I have a hard time trying and trusting anyone else. Thank you for giving me hope, relief, and also education!

Dr. Keith Engler is like no other chiropractor. His practice and staff are amazing and only provides state-of-the-art equipment and exceptional care for his patients. From Massage Therapy, Laser Light Therapy to Physical Therapy, the Atlantic Wellness Center IS the place to a patient. They also have several phenomenal massage chairs in the waiting room. You beg to wait a couple extra minutes.
