You cannot trust the over-whelming good reviews on here. Most of these reviews are posted by the clinic themselves which they solicit from their customers. Of course they are not going to post a bad review. That is why the ratio of good reviews to bad reviews is skewed. If they followed the standard of allowing customers to decide to go online and post a review, then the good to bad ratio would be more in-line with the truth. I have been to a few chiropractors in my life and never have I felt like I did when going to this clinic. I believe in the chiropractic profession, but this clinic exemplified the view some have that chiropractors are in-league with ambulance chasing lawyers. I was a patient here and I can tell you that the clinic exists to milk money from either the patient, the insurance company, or whoever a car accident victim may be suing. You will be treated like cattle. I had to wait over 2 hours on occasion to go through their entire process. A typical appt is as follows: 1. You sign-in 2. Wait for 15 min 3. Be seen by the chiropractor for all of 2 min. 4. Go back to the waiting area for another 15 min. 5. Be put on a table for ultrasound treatment and e-stim. 6. After e-stim, wait on table to have pads removed for another 5 - 10 min while office staff/therapists are busy chatting. 7. Go back to waiting area for another 15 min. 8. Be put on another table for a "massage" that feels as if they are lightly stroking your back while the "therapist" talks to other therapists and/or patients, leaves and gives other patients instructions on how to perform an exercise, and pays almost no attention to the "massage" that he/she is supposed to be performing. 9. Leave feeling like cattle that has been pushed through a milking station, but probably with less satisfaction. There are so many ways they could improve, but my experience on 5 different visits did not change. They have very poor customer service.

Dr. Larson and her staff are amazing! My whole family uses HeathSource, and we feel like they treat us like family. My 10-year-old daughter would be a mess without her. She has solved a chronic constipation issue, and the adjustments have kept us from having to seek medication for ADHD. Dr. Larson goes out of her way to make sure that all of our health needs are met. She truly cares about her patients. She spends time with us, listens to our health concerns and needs, takes the time to explain how our spines and the way we treat them affect our bodies, and she even remembers to ask about family trips and the kids experiences at school. She takes the time to call and check on us long after our appointments. If she doesnt have an answer to a question, she will research it and make sure you get the information you need. Everyone is so warm and welcoming in the office. We have been patients of Dr. Larsons for 8 years, and we will continue to see her for all of our healthcare needs! I could go on and on... This place is amazing!

Love love love DR. L and the whole crew at HealthSource. They are the reason I am still able to move! I am constantly amazed at the different things they can help me with. I started with a messed up back which Dr. Larson and the whole team improved immensely and now have been helped with a number of other issues. Both of our kids go to HealthSource because of the sports they play. They even ask to go because of a fall or bad hit and can tell the difference once they are back in alignment. I wish I had started earlier in my life being adjusted, maybe some of my problems would have been prevented. Hoping that early adjustments for my kids will make a huge difference in their health as they get older. Love this place. Thank you gang for all you do for me and my family!

I had my first visit last week and Dr. Larson is absolutely amazing. She makes you feel like she would do nothing less to your body than she would do to her own and does everything in her power find the problem and the source. She shows that she genuinely cares and wants to resolve any issues present; pain, soreness, fatigue, muscle tightness and get you feeling better. After the first visit I feel a world of a difference, I wish I felt this good all the time and I will keep going back in hopes to keep feeling this good! Wish she was closer to Chapin, but I have learned now that it is completely worth the drive and the little extra time away from work. Thank you so much for making a difference in my well being!!

I had extreme tightness and stiffness in my neck with very little mobility. I tried pain relievers and icy-hot patches with little relief. HealthSource x-rayed to determine the source of the problem, provided adjustments via the Proadjuster, and placed me on a rehab regimen that included exercise, stretching and massage. Now I have a full range of motion and I now know some tricks to help loosen up muscles and relieve pain before they get unmanageable. My quality of life has improved because I am not experiencing near constant pain or discomfort. The staff is friendly, caring and knowledgeable and I dont feel like just another face when I come in. I leave feeling rejuvenated.

My major issue was my headaches and more recently upper shoulder tightness. Year ago I had knee pain from a fall. Dr. Carew gave me therapy and I have never had problems again. I could not function in the morning and it took a couple of hours for me to get going. I would try Motrin sometimes but mostly I just suffered through it. I feel refreshed and I have more energy now. The water pillow is a life saver with my sleep as well. I have more quality of life and I am more productive. HealthSource works. Its family friendly and I feel at home. The staff pays close attention to your needs and concerns and they spend time with you listening.

The doctors and staff at Healthsource on Bull Street are great....Ive been going there for 6 months and am very happy with the care that Ive received. The improvement in my pain level, mobility and flexibility has been better than expected, having had two spinal fusion surgeries in the past. I didnt know chiro was an option, but theyve been able to work around the fused sites. The therapy and adjustments helped so much that I was able to walk without pain for the first time in more than a decade. Im still amazed at the difference its made. THANK YOU to Dr. Larson, Dr. Taylor, Dr. Jacobs, and all your wonderful staff!

The staff easy very friendly and thorough. The therapists were excellent and knowledgeable. The doctors were great and ensured I was correctly aligned and adjusted. They explained what they were doing and why. The entire operation was very professional. The only drawback was the space allowed for the actual physical therapy was very limited. Consequently, during peak hours it was overly crowded and uncomfortable. Plus, the therapists were unable to pay the appropriate attention to the clients. However, the overall experience was positive and beneficial.

This place is wonderful, I am a 22 year old at the University of South Carolina and HealthSource of Columbia has done wonders for my overall health. The doctors are incredibly friendly and genuinely want to see you be the healthiest you can possibly be. After only a couple months of going to HealthSource of Columbia, I have seen my health improve in almost every aspect. My back pain is drastically lower, my sinuses are completely gone, and I can even think clearer. Could not recommend this place more, 5/5.
