Very disorganized. Made appointment for 0900 days in advance on Zocdoc, and sent my check in paperwork ahead. Day of the appt at 0900 as Im pulling in, as Im parking, they tell me they dont actually have an appointment until 1000. Ok. I go to a coffee shop for an hour. As Im trying to locate the office (GPS only brings me to the building and I couldnt find the correct door) I call and ask where specifically they are. The front desk attendant sighed and said, "North Bay Village, across from the gas station," and basically hung up. Gee, thanks. its now 1045, still sitting here waiting to see someone. Update - At 1100, i left. Who has time for this?
