This place is very disorganized and dishonest . I visited this place do do some blood test. After three weeks 2weeks I didnt here from them so I call I was told they will call when the results are ready. Four more days passed so I called again. They told me the same thing its not ready they are going to call when it is. So I asked my girlfriend to call and enquire how long does it usually take for them to complete the kind of tests that I had done. The guy on the phone said one week tops. So she ask about my results to which the guy replied its ready its here. Wow maybe its because my girlfriend speaks Spanish. So I went to pick up the result while waiting in the lobby they skipped my name on the waiting list ,even though they dont offer appointments. I noticed that people who came in and signed the waiting list long after I did was getting to see the doctor before me . The staff was greeting a lot of these people by name and kisses on the cheek Maybe its because my name dont sound Spanish . When I complained they said oh your next then they stuck me in a room for 1/2 hour before someone came to c me . Maybe the dont like my complexion or I have bad luck dont go to this place if I can help it

I really like this clinic, its not in the best area and it tends to have peculiar patients but Dr. Acevedo and Dr. Lourdes were my doctors growing up and i just love them. I take my daughter to this clinic and well let me break it down for you. They have a new clinic which is awesome! Dr . Delvalle is beyond amazing with my daughter, always friendly and very informative. Dr. Rojas has seen her a couple of times and hes cool as well. Lady in the front desk "Lidia" honestly is beyond rude. She tends to look away when youre talking to her, she just hands you things without a smile, a thank you and with one worded answers. She honestly looks like she hates dealing with patients which leads me to question why she chose a career where its key. Guy in front desk with a beard sadly dont know his name, hes awesome. So friendly and attentive even on the phone. Theres this one nurse whos name i didnt catch she look Chinese or Philippine, Ive observed her to be a bit rough( lucky for her it hasnt been with my kid) they should really check with her on that. But all around good clinic and awesome doctors!

They do not speak English and kept telling me my son just has a cold when he had asthma the whole time I took him to the hospital and they took one look and said he had asthma they moved there location and when I called to get it again they had a very nasty attitude I hate this place
