I started to see Dr Tur after my PCP retired. She accepted my insurance and her clinic was near. The facility is kept clean and most of the office staff is courteous and friendly. She performed my annual wellness check. Recently my left hand started to hurt and it swelled. I called the Clinic to make an appointment with an orthopedic provider but I was informed the clinic did not have any on their staff- they could not do xray either. The following day I visit the clinic to get a referral but Dr Tur refused to give me one. She told the assisstant that I would have to make an appointment for another day to see one of the other Drs. I do not know what medical training the assisstants at this clinic have if they have any. But I am sure that a qualified nurse could clearly observe the limited movement and inflammation on the hand. They were not willing to help nor to be a part of the healing process. They only wanted to get money from the insurance company and disregard the patient. If you have insurance go to a real medical provider, not one of these clinics that are notorious for cheating Medicare and Medicaid.

Considero que es un muy buen sitio, no te requieren seguro médico y además hacen exámenes para inmigración, transferencia de College a muy buen precio. Compare con otros sitios y este fue el más económico, no esperas mucho en ser atendido a excepción que vayas a ver a la doctora quedas esperando hasta 1 hora pero no puedo quejarme. Las enfermeras son atentas y me gustó la velocidad en que atienden

Horrible atencion. Por ser barato te tratan mal la enfermera q me atendio me causo moretones en los brazos y cuando vire a recoger los resultados me cerro la ventana en la cara. Ademas q suben los precios cada vez q desean. No viro ahi por nada del mundo y no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Staff is very friendly, but one problem. The Doctor is always late. I came in 30 min before they even open and ended up being seen 2 and a half hours later because the doctor didnt arrive on time. Then, the second time I came in to pick up my results, same thing happened. Not worth your money or time. Seriously just go somewhere where they do appointments by time instead of walk ins and im sure even if your late you will be seen sooner than in this office. Two thumbs down
