Ive read all the comments and reviews on here , but allow me to tell you that Dr. Cedeño is a true people doctor. Yes, the wait time is long. The office might not be the most prettiest nor fancy , but she is a doctor from heart. She loves her patients. Takes time to address every concern. She does not look at patients as revenue , in fact she has lost lots of revenue attending to patients that did not have inaurance or did have , but she was not in network with them. She has seen many, countless of patients without charging a penny. She doesnt do it for the money , she does it because she loves what she does. She loves each and every one of her patients. She the most caring doctor, she will and believe me on this , she will go to your house and cook for you... She went out to Miami many times to do this for one her patients. Things like this not many know about. I know because I was blessed to have had the chance to work with her and for her. I have worked for other doctors in all fields and specialities , most of them see their patients as $$$ ... it breaks my heart to see that. She see them in a different way, she sees her patients are human being, as people , as family. Love her to the moon and back !!

Since I got to the office everything seemed horrible, ugly and small the place .the doctor seemed nice but she have to learn a lot about doctor and patient .To read some exams she got up three times to solve other problems and there I was waiting, when She returned did not know where she had stayed but the worst part is not that two months later I got a laboratory invoice where my address was totally icorrect the medical insurance they had tried to charge you was not the one I had put when I fill The form in his office and the date I attended to take the exams was not also the correct sent the invoice to the insurance two months after I had already changed medical insurance all a disaster that nightmare I regret it a thousand times have gone there never I have seen nothing like a whole disaster. My advice close that place is the worst in the world there nobody knows how to do anything. Where are the inspectors ?????

Dr. Cedeno is nice and seems to care a lot about you when you are there with her. But i had a horrible time with the office. She took blood tests, one did not get done properly, she said she would contact me over and over again, i had to wait almost a month to hear the results, i had to walk in to finally get them and then she wanted to charge me. Another doctor/specialist told me the test she took were antiquated and no use. This year i had an emergency, called her office for hours with busy signal. finally went in and found out they were closed 2 days a week. If you are closed put a voicemail message saying so. Now i am out $50 because i had to go to urgent care instead of my trusted doctor. Not worth all the hassle!

My experience never occurred because I was told the doctor requires all new patience to do a blood & urine sample prior to scheduling appointments. That was scheduled for today (Tuesday) and I found it odd that I did not get a reminder call/text the day before. When I called this morning to confirm my appointment, the "answering service" that she hired told me "shes closed today and they do not have appointments on Tuesday". Mike was the rudest most unprofessional "answering service" I have spoken with. Needless to say, I have canceled my Friday appointment and have used this time to find a new doctor vs going to the new location to "check if someone is there". THE WORST.

I personally work at the office and just so happpen to be her son. Its fairly obvious to anyone that has gone to the office knows that she 100% focuses on the quality of her service and sometimes it comes with a toll of a wait time. The reason it comes with the wait time is because she takes time to treat everyone with the exact care they need. She cares for everyone wether they are a baby or an elderly person. Defenitely one of the best doctors to attend if you can wait the time.

Horrible place. Screaming customer every time I go there. Now I see why. I changed my kids pediatrician to go to this place which was a very bad idea. Been there 3 times only and cant take no more. They could not diagnose a simple problem my son had. Had to go somewhere else. Im still waiting on my kids physical/immunization papers from them. Going back to previous pediatrian. They made me appreciate what I had.

Ive been going to Dr. C for years. I drive from South Miami to Pembroke Pines just to see her. Shes a great doctor, easy to speak to and understands her patients needs. She takes her time explaining herself and has a great team of nurses/arnp/front desk personnel that are helpful and friendly. Theres a little wait at times but its worth it for the type of service she provides.

The place was dirty. While waiting to be seen there were medical records of other patients carelessly sitting open in my room. They billed my insurance wrong. I tried to fix it for 3 months. After countless phone calls and emails that they wouldnt reply or settle anything, I just went ahead and paid. I will never go here again and would never suggest anyone else go here.

Silver Foxx

Love her and her staff. I drive 43 miles just because I am treated like family. She answers my questions and is thorough with her analysis of whats going on with me. She also goes over all options available for prevention and treatment. Wait time is a factor, so just plan ahead.. probably your lunch hour would not be a smart choice for an appointment.

Love her. Dr. Cedeno is very thorough, asks tons of questions and is very patient. Only down side is the wait time. I have waited over an hour for my appointment time.
