I RECOMMEND FINDING ANOTHER DOCTOR IF YOUR GOING HERE IF YOUR CONTIMPLATING USING DR. SHEIKH LEAVE NOW AND FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR. DR. SHEIKH HAS BEEN TREATING MY MOTHER FOR SEVERAL YEARS SHE SEES HIM REGULARLY. MOM CAME TO VISIT AND STAY WITH ME HER SON. SHE WAS HERE ONE DAY AND I TOOK HER TO EMERGENCY AT HOLY CROSS. SHE HAD HEART FAILURE, AFIB, EXCESSIVE FLUID IN HER LUNGS. DR. SHEIKH SHOULD HAVE HOSPITALIZED MOM MONTHS AGO. SHE ALMOST DIED. SHE HAS ARTHRITIS AND TREATING HER WITH CORTISONE SHOTS . HOLY CROSS DOCTORS FOUND FLUID IN HER LUNGS AND BODY WAS CAUSING INFLAMMATION OF THE ARTHRITIS . THEY GAVE HER DIARETICS WHICH RELIEVED THE JOINT PAIN. THEN DR. SHEIKH WAS TREATING HER FOR RING WORM ON HER LEG. HOLY CROSS DIAGNOSED STAFF INFECTION AS THE REAL ISSUE. DR. SHEIKH ALONG WITH MOMS CARDIOLOGIST MISS DIAGNOSED EVERYTHING SHE HAD. AFTER PROPER DIAGNOSTICS MOM IS SHOWING IMPROVEMENT. MY SISTER TOOK MOM TO DR. SHEIKH AFTER SHE WAS RELEASED FROM HOLY CROSS AND HE GAVE THEM A SONG AND A DANCE. MY SISTER WAS TOLD BY R. SHEIKH THAT HES AVAILABLE SHOULD HE BE NEEDED. CALL THE EMERGENCY PHONE NUMBER AND HE WILL PERSONALLY GET BACK WITH HER IMMEDIATELY. I CALLED FOUR TIME TODAY WITHOUT RESPONSE. USE CAUTION WITH THIS DOCTOR. BEING A DOCTOR IS LIKE ANY OTHER PROFESSION OR TRADE. THERE ARE THOSE WHO ARE GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO AND THOSE WHO ARE NOT.

This "doctors office" is set up like an assembly line lacking customer service, empathy for the people they serve and respect for your time. I made an appointment here during my lunch break anticipating a hour long process due to new patient registration. I arrived 20 minutes early to fill out forms so I could be seen at my appointment time. I was called into the room 15 minutes after my appointment to then be asked the same questionnaire inquiries first by the medical assistant, which lasted 30 minutes to then be led into an exam room which a nurse proceeded to be redundant and I had to endure the questions again. The entire process lasted an hour and a half until I decided that I couldnt wait anymore and had to get back to work. As I informed the front end staff who were congregated and still no doctor in sight, that I was leaving they all had a confused dumb look as if they didnt understand my frustration leading me to believe this is their normal practice. I called to get a refund of my co-pay since I never saw the physician, and thats its purpose and the man at the desk transferred me to someones voicemail who never returned my call. I filed a providers complaint because its immoral and unprofessional how this office operates, they dont care about their patients, dont waste your time going there.

Dr. Sheik himself is decent, my complaint is the unbelievable wait time, and the horrible customer service, twice they told me theyre going to call in the prescription and told me it should be there in an hour. Well after a trip to the pharmacist, they always look at me puzzled, because the office never send the information over, I have to drive down there to pick it up. I called them about it, they transfer me to some nurse voicemail, this is totally totally unacceptable, its sheer disrespect, these people could give 2 cents about you. Ive been seen a couple times by this office, and I dont think Ill ever recommend them to anyone.

Dr Sheikh could care less about patients well being. He encourages drug addicts to stay on the meds that fuel their addiction. I believe he should be disbarred. This is aside from the horrible confusion amoung staff and disgustingly long wait times. I wouldnt recommend this office to anyone!

Whenever I go I only way to short time until I am scene the staff is really nice especially miss Shelby the nurse practitioner. Would recommended
