Absolutley the worst, most unmotivated, uneducated reception service EVER. (Dr.B is amazing and that blonde nurse practitioner rocks! This isnt about them.) Its been 3 days now that I needed reception to place one 2 minute phone call to my insurance company. Everyday they say theyre sorry and theyll take care of it but they never do. I see over 50 patients a day and STILL have the time to call insurance companies and do paperwork and even make coffee. How does it take you over 3 days to place a 2 minute phone call when I even gave you the number and everything?! Youd think theyd try theyre best to get you the medical care that the doctor thinks you need. Yeah right they could care less about getting you healthy and better. Never met a more unqualified undedicated team. Will be leaving as soon as this task gets completed. IF it ever does! I hear 2 minutes can be very time consuming... thanks for your dedication to your patients health and wellness...

I was deceived by Cleveland clinic! My kids go to pediatric associates and there is only 1 dr there who is amazing. My whole family can stay in his 1 office and have personal care. It is like having our own personal doc! He addresses every need and does not expect a computer to give him the answers to our medical problems.

Excellent, friendly service. They are quick, caring, and professional--I searched pretty extensively for a doctor I liked and Family Practice of Davie exceeded my expectations. They also have Saturday hours at another location which, as far as I can tell, is like unheard of.

Easy appointment, Friendly Staff, good Follow-up. These are the three things about this clinic. I received treatment like a Family member, as the name says. I never felt any inconvenience in any of my visits. I would happily recommend this clinic to any one.

I cannot say much about the doctors as I havent made through the receptionist who failed miserably on pulling my insurance benefits and wanted to charge me the full price.

If you need paperwork done fast this in not the place to go. Took over a week to send me my medical paperwork.
