My previous doctor dropped my insurance CarePlus so they reassign me to another doctor. He refused to refer me to my urologist who had diagnosed me with prostate cancer. So i told CarePlus that doctor was incompetent they reassigned me to Dr. Kelly who refuses to see me until June...six months after I was switched by CarePlus. I ended up going to Emergency for a rectal bleed. Was told I needed an operation from a general surgen. CarePlus said I needed a referral from Dr. Kelly who refused to give it until shed seen me. In January I signed all the forms for her to look at my medical history. The fact that I had just gone to The Emergency it took a week for Care Plus to give an ok. I had the operation. Now Im running a fever and my surgen needs me to get a cat scan...Of, course, Dr. Kelly office refuses to do such a thing...CarePlus refuses to ok me to have this test...its my life thats at steak...so be warned about Dr. Kelly and be warned about choosing CarePlus which I now call CareMinus...Im off to the Emergency.

Very disappointed. Dr. Kelly was highly recommended by a few people and I was anxiously waiting for my upcoming appointment which I had to wait 4 months for. I was called 1 week before and was informed that since I failed to submit my new patient packet 3 weeks prior to my appointment my appointment would be cancelled and now I had to wait another 2 months to get in. I understand that I failed to submit the paperwork 3 weeks prior but even when I offered to bring it in 1 week prior that was not acceptable. I was offered an appointment which was 2 months away but when I asked if they was any way possible to get an early morning appointment I was told that I was being accommodated and that their next available appointment for new patients isnt until March 2017 at which point I decided obviously they are too busy and not in need of new patients.

If you want someone who will sit down and listen to what is going on with you, then you need Dr. Kelly. I have rarely seen her level of compassion even amongst many of the doctors I have seen. I am very choosy about who I see, and I will remain her patient as long as she remains in this area and as long as my coverage allows! Thank you, Dr. Kelly.

Dr Kelly is a very caring and compassionate doctor. She has always been very thorough in her evaluations and recommendations. She is also good at following up with me, which is something rare with doctors today. Dr Kelly has always served me well and I would recommend her to anyone!

Eight month wait time to get in. Forty minute wait time in exam room after initial nurse consultation. Dr. Kelly was rude, abrupt and assumptive. Orders unnecessary and costly tests with other doctors. Will not return, will not recommend.

Will not see a new patient without insurance for 6 months. What are you supposed to do for medical care?
