I have been to this ER a couple times the staff is always courteous and makes you feel welcomed. (Thank nurse Barbara :))We came at a great time when no one was there so David got the attention of two nurses plus the doctor. They took their time with him since it wasnt busy we didnt feel rushed. Anyway on todays visit for my seven year old who fell in the bathroom and hit his head, I met nurse Jennifer, Nurse Eddie and Dr Nadia . Sorry dont know their last names. Anyway my son fell hit his head. Nurse Jennifer came in and started with the questions she was very nice. But then Nurse Eddie came in, he was great he made my son feel comfortable, he put cartoons on for him and joked around with him. ( he would be a great Pediatric Doctor) Anyway he made David laugh and smile. Dr Nadia came in and did the exam she was also very nice and great with him. After Davids CT scan and everything came out fine, Nurse Eddie came in and checked on him. I am very please with the service I received today. Thank you so much to all the staff and especially the Nurses and Doctors, in sure the ER is not an easy place to work. Thank you for working long hours to save lives and help people.

I went in on a Sunday evening. I had jammed my foot on a concrete block and was in pain. The staff was courteous. The doctor acted like I was a bother. They took the xray and the doctor said he thought it was just bruised and gave me some tape and pain meds, then sent me on my way. I was told to follow up with my doctor or an ortho doctor. 2 days later I am still in a lot of pain so I go to the Ortho doctor and my foot was broken. 3 weeks later I receive a ridiculous bill from their emergency room for a total of $1632.50...The next time I will wait for a physicians emergency to be open. My sister broke her foot in 3 places and the bill from the physician emergency was $250...big difference and she had excellent care

This emergency room is outstanding. I was processed immediately. The triage nurse was very efficient, then my room nurse Sarah was extremely professional and efficient. She hooked me up to the IV with very little discomfort to me. The Doctor saw me right away and ordered the proper tests. Everyone at the hospital was very informative and let me know what was happening every step of the way. Doctor Ferrarro only ran the necessary tests and continually checked in with me. I was never forced into any test or procedure I was uncomfortable with. My free will was never infringed upon and everyone I came into contact with were courteous and professional. I am so thankful for the excellent care.

We brought my father in due to chest pains. Most of the staff was incredibly courteous and kind. One nurse, Dave, was absolutely amazing and so helpful and kind that I cant express our gratitude. They have one female Asian nurse whos name I didnt catch who is the complete and total opposite however. She was rude and nasty the whole time and needs to be replaced. She has no personality and the bedside manner of a Gestapo agent. Hopefully they replace her as the rest of the staff there was wonderful during a difficult time.

Doctor has PAs working under him that are awesome! Like most Dr offices its a hurry up and wait kind of place. However, that being said testing is done within same building, which is nice no running all over county. ER is VERY efficient and clean. They even transport to area hospitals when needed.
