Absolutely awful, dreadful experience. I physically only went there one time, got a lab sheet, but did not find LabCorp to be very accommodating (surprised?). When it took me a month to get an apt, I ran out of my meds. I called the doctor for some sort of refill since the lab work was to test the meds in my system. He wouldnt authorize any because he wasnt the original doctor to prescribe (no kidding, sir, this is my first time here). I had to call my old doctor and get one to pay out of pocket (awesome). Then, in his final moment of awesomeness, I called to make an appt... cause now Im sick (boohoo) and it turns out theyre booked (he only takes 20 patients in the entire day); HOWEVER, if Im willing to pay more, he also works urgent care and can make time for me. Weird, ten seconds ago he was "booked solid." Funny how that works, huh? Be careful of doctors who are also urgent care. It may sound convenient, but its amazing how ethics go out the window when they can make an extra buck. Plus, he didnt do his job in the first place and take care of my meds... which werent narcotics for arguments sake! Finding a new doctor.... STAT!!

I waited 4 weeks for a appointment and show up at my scheduled time only to be told by the staff that my apt was changed to 9 am via a voice mail that was send in the AM. I never received the voice mail and the staff never made a follow up call and just ASSUMED the VM was received. When I told the staff that I have a tight schedule to maintain in my person life, I was told the Dr. made the change and thats the way it is. The the front desk girl seemed to have an aggressive tone with me. The staff then staring asking personal medical question with other patients in the office from behind their desks. Dr. Fink and his staff have no consideration for other peoples time and seem to have no clue about the the laws concerning the privacy of medical information. Be aware of the unprofessional environment at this particular Dr. office.

Response time on phone calls and fax are horrible. The front desk or medical assistants do not even respond to phone calls. Always gores to voicemail and even after three voice messages in the last three weeks no response at all. No response to fax messages either. Myah from front desk told that she is going to work on a paper on the same day and even after 8 business days no response at all.

I have been using Dr. Fink for about 2yrs. He is very professional and always takes his time with you. He cares. Not many like him anymore. His staff is also friendly and professional. It was hectic when he was in with Urgent Care but now in his own private practice office and WOW what a difference. I refer to him on a daily basis.
