If I could give less than a 1 star I would!!!!!! This is a very poorly run practice. In February, I called to cancel an appointment 5 hours before the appointment because of an emergency with my dog and was told by the receptionist who conferred with the office manager that I would be charged a 50 dollar fee. The office manager, Martha, was very unprofessional both on that day and when I called to speak with the doctor who owns the practice a few days later. She said that he "REFUSED" to take my call and I could only talk to her. Personally I wanted to clear it up with the owner of the practice. I wont be going back, and my dog died, so it was indeed an emergency- wouldnt you say? HORRIBLE PATIENT CARE!! Update (April 2017) Just got a bill in the mail for the "missed appointment" (NEARLY 2 MONTHS LATER) and I dont even go to their office anymore because my doctor has relocated. Instead of writing off the appointment that I cancelled 5 HOURS in advance, due to the fact that my dog needed to be taken to the vet, as she was very sick and dying, they have billed me 50.00 for the missed appointment. I guess they wanted to make sure they got the last word in and that they cover their pride in this situation. I cant imagine any other reason to bill me TWO MONTHS LATER! You tell me if this is good patient care? You tell me if they have the best interest of their patients first and foremost? I think not!! And to add to that.............. the day that I cancelled FIVE HOURS before my appointment, was the Tuesday after Presidents Day (a holiday), so even calling them 24 hours in advance would not have given me a person to cancel with and I am not sure if they have a machine or not. Furthermore, I would have had to predict my dog was going to be sick enough to go to the vet and eventually pass away on the FRIDAY before my scheduled appointment on that TUESDAY. (I just dont have prediction skills like that!) I never did get to talk to the practice owner, Dr. Johnson, as the office manager, Martha, said he does not take calls for "complaints" - I just wanted to tell my side of the story. (Dr. Johnson if you are reading this Id love to still hear from you) Moral of my story: Patient care should be #1 priority in my primary care doctors office and an upset patient that wants to be with her dying dog and cancels FIVE hours in advance for an appointment with her nurse practitioner does not constitute a 50.00 cancellation fee.(Nurse Practitioner - not a highly sought brain surgeon or something) I would NOT recommend Florida Neuro Pain and Spine Center until they make some changes in their office staff!!

I went to Dr. Johnson with extreme should pain and constant lower back pain. On my first appointment Wes identified the issues I was having, and less than a month later, my symptoms had disappeared. Dr. Johnson didnt waste my time and money on things that werent going to work and he made me feel more comfortable than any other doctor ever has. I now go to Dr. Johnson on a monthly basis to maintain optimal health. Dr. Johnson and his staff are the only people I would ever recommend to anyone for chiropractic care.
