I have suffered from "sciatic" issues off and on for a few years and thought it was my mattress but then a new mattress didnt solve the issue and so my employer recommended Dr. Jeff. Dr. Jeff took the time to explain what he believed caused the issue I was having and after several adjustment sessions, my pain was gone! Dr. Jeff then did not "push" to keep coming back but instead said I could do a once a month regiment to keep it from coming back or just whenever it acted up again to just call and come back for an adjustment. I had no issues for almost 3 months and then when the pain started, I called the office and was able to get in the very same day! Dr. Jeff said it will probably only take 2-3 adjustments and I should be "good to go" again! I appreciate that he takes his time and does not "push" for non-essential treatments and that he can always see me so quickly!

Dr. Jeff is a very unique individual and one that is hard to find in this day and age. He truly CARES about his job, which is his passion, and about his patients and their well-being as INDIVIDUALS! So much so that if he feels he cannot help a given situation, he is honest enough to tell you instead of trying to string you along through appointment after appointment as I have found other chiropractors to do. He has been a breath of fresh air to his profession and to my family. Not only has he helped my husband (and continues to help), my daughter and me, he bends over backwards to try and accommodate our weird schedules. Thank you, Dr. Jeff!

Dr. Jeff is a one-of-a-kind chiropractor. Super-friendly, attentive, and ultimately cares about your long-term health. Hell recommend preventative procedures to counter your common back issues. Awesome atmosphere, clean, friendly, relaxed environment, and very conveniently located on south Westnedge. I live in Kalamazoo and it takes just a couple minutes to get there from 94. I always manage to get a bunch errands done before and after my visit bc its so close to everything! Works great with my insurance too!

Terrible experience. Went in two times and both times never got my lower back to crack yet still wanted me to come in next day. Then he said that later on he was going to give me stretches but we had no progress so I dont know why he would wait to give me stretches. He only tried three techniques and gave up. In and out of the room less than five minutes They just want your money and dont care about actually helping you. Plus its an extra 40 dollars to ask you a couple questions about your back the first visit.

Wow...been visiting chiropractors since I was 15 years old and decided to change chiropractors. Visited Chiro Effect for the first time a couple of days ago because of significant pain in my neck shoulder and back due to pinched nerves. Dr. Jeff worked on me and immediately upon him completing his work I felt much better and I am now healing quickly. Dr. Jeff and his office staff make you feel welcome and at ease. Pleasant office staff and very relaxing atmosphere. My son has high functioning Autism and Dr. Jeff was so good with him.
