A short testomonial on how Drs. David and Steven Popkin put me back together: Mind, Body and Spirit. I was carried into the office of Drs. David and Steven Popkin almost 20 years ago.. Doubled over, unable to walk, being in excruciating pain and scared. I thought I was dying. Dr. steve put me on a table, talked me down (I was hyperventilating) and upon examination I realized I was having a Sciatica attack!! Sciatica attack?! What was that?! Drs. David and Steven Popkin explained and proceeded to do acupuncture on my body.. I looked like a needle-man! Calming music was playing, my pain was subsiding and I dozed. After a while Drs. David and Steven Popkin came in, removed the needles and helped me off the table. I WALKED out of the office-- PAIN FREE!! Of course I kept going back NOT ONLY to make sure this Sciatica attack would never happen again (And it didnt) But for my carpal tunnel (Bilateral), My arthritis, My bad neck paiin and most importantly, "BALANCE"-mind, body and spirit. I learned from Dr. David Popkin all about "Your Center" and how important it is to be balanced. I also learned from Dr. David Popkin about acupuncture, N.A.E.T., detox programs. I learned from Dr. David Popkins Holistic Health Coach, Jordan all about nutritional therapy and homeopathy and how ultrasound helps the pain. I learned from Dr. Grundstein M.D. all about functional comprehensive (Whole body) medicine. I learned from Denise how massage therapy can help the body,mind and spirit. I learned from the girls at the front desk how warm, comfortable and concerned they all are. Above all, I learned from everyone at Quantum Wellness Ceneter that Chiropractic care is ancient, safe, natural and healing. I am so thankful to have found Dr. David Popkin and Quantum Wellness Center.... They are saving my life through the natural holistic, chiropractic way I have worked in the medical field for over 30 years and have been going to Quantum Wellness Ceneter for almost 20 years and have gathered a lot of information from both fields of medicine.. I believe there is a place for both sciences. As for me, I go to Quantum Wellness Center first for natural, holistic help.

I have been a patient for close to 9 months now and cannot say enough good things. I was breaking out in hives on a daily basis and could not figure out why. I went through traditional allergy testing, began taking allergy shots and a "cocktail" of antihistamines. I followed this practice for over a year. Nothing was helping. The doctor actually told me after that long that we might never determine why I was still getting hives. That was not good enough for me. I refused to live cancelling plans because of hives and not feeling well. Someone who had much success and whose opinion I trust recommended Dr. Popkin and Quantum to me. After meeting Dr. Popkin and testing, it was found that 99% of my allergies were food related. Previous testing indicated not one of my allergies was food related. I began treatments immediately. Within 2 ½ to 3 months of beginning treatment, I realized I was sleeping better, no longer broke out I hives daily and felt better overall. I have also noticed a difference in how I react to environmental allergens. A great example of this was just a few weeks ago at a friend’s home. This friend is a smoker and smokes inside their home. Last year at a party, within 5 minutes of entering their home, I was congested, my eyes burned and itched – I was not able to stay. This time when I entered their home, I was not congested and my eyes did not bother me. I was able to stay and enjoy the fun. I also have noticed a great difference when I travel. I have always had problems with my ears popping when I fly and becoming sick upon my return from any trip that involved flying. I have traveled overseas 3 times this year for work – I did not once have an issue with my ears popping and did not get sick upon my returns. I am also better able to “listen” to how my body is reacting to certain foods and environmental influences. I can honestly say, I never expected results this successful and am thrilled with my progress.

I have had many food and chemical allergies that I have had to manage since they were identified 34 years ago. I have been willing to try anything and some supplements have helped by reduce my sensitivity, but the only thing that really worked over the years was avoidance (for 4-6 months) and then infrequent exposure. Thus I approached the claims on this website with hope but mostly suspicion. I got more hope when the EAV testing (quick and simple based upon electrical energy) accurately identified what i knew to be the things to which I was currently reacting (triggered muscle tension, irritability, weakness, and sleepiness), but I was still highly skeptical. My skepticism increased more when I got the first highly unorthodox treatment, which itself triggered uncomfortable symptoms. But then SURPRISE!! a few days after my first treatment, for tomato, I was able to eat it without symptoms. Then soy. Then gluten. Then a prescription drug that I need to take but that had made me feel uncomfortable whenever I took it. I have now been desensitized to 5 things which previously caused reactions and I am symptom free when exposed to them! The treatments are time consuming because you can only do one or two a day. But for me, the investment of time and money is well worth it in terms of quality of life. Regarding the staff, they are very friendly and helpful and the office is efficient--actually delivering treatments when scheduled.

El Doctor David Popking, es el mejor Quiropratico Que he encontrado es el mejor en su Trabajo,, hace mas de dos meses llegue a su oficina con un mucho dolor de espalda, Que no podia moverme casi y El me trato con mucha delicadeza y El primer dia mejores mucho, y El me ha arreglando mi columna vertebral, y si es verdad El el mejor en lo que hace y lo se por Que despues de pasar por varios supuestos doctores y centros de terapia ,no me hicieron nada, me mejoraba por un tiempo y otra vez el dolor, ahora esto mucho mejor y plena confianza. Twenty years ago I encountered my first food allergy. Eating kiwi sent me to the emergency room as my tongue swelled and throat closed. My 9 year old son answered the questions for my admission. Over the next twenty years I encountered additional food allergies to soy, nuts, beans, sweet potato, celery, cucumbers, and grapes. When I found NAET what I got was a real change in quality of life. Thanks to Dr. Popkin and Dr. Nambudripad for the part you have played in changing my life! To those who have doubts I would say to think about the way you have been treated by people and establishments that do not fully understand the seriousness of food allergies. Take the time, effort and financial commitment to move past your food allergies. NAET works! I am so thankful not to have to watch what I eat any longer from a food allergy perspective as I am food allergy free! It is truly liberating not to worry about cross contamination and to choose solely on taste and health choices. I have been and continue to be impressed with Dr. Popkin and the staff at Quantum Wellness. The chiropractic services are also top notch.
