A good way to get care for those with a busy schedule. I really like the Saturday availability. Was disappointed after buying the two month commitment or eight visits to find out it is counted from the day of the month of the purchase to the same day of the month the following month. After going each week for an adjustment I found I had to wait a week in between with no adjustment because that period was five weeks and two days. Eight visits is eight visits. I wanted to go eight weeks in a row to complete my adjustments with no break in between. To have done so I would have to pay for an extra visit. I do not mind committing to a block of visits to get a better rate. It is just all on their terms. A reasonable person considers a two month commitment to be eight weeks and should be able to come eight times once a week for eight weeks.

Place is super convenient, clean and friendly staff. Dr Freeman is pretty legit, seems like he knows what hes doing. However if you are not aware of this new style of chiropractic care be warned. I have only gone to a "old school" chrio and think that will remain my preference. Was not cool with the big open room and other ppl sitting and watching me get an adjustment, would of appreciated some privacy. But after all its is only adjustment, not like Im going full buff. Overall a decent experience. Would recommend to sum1 who may not have the $ to book a "real" chiropractor appt or the time. Great price and very convenient but I think Ill stick to the "old school" chiropractic offices from now on.

I am very picky about chiropractors, as I have some quite painful permanent back damage. Some guys hurt me, some just dont make any improvement happen at all. I stumbled on The Joint on Google and read all the good reviews, and prayed for a good doctor the whole way there. Within seconds of Dr. Freeman touching my back, it was obvious that he was a real pro. He immediately identified my damaged vertebrae and other sources of pain. This was Friday afternoon, as I had to take the day off work. I had been laying at home in very rough, and painful! shape all day. Monday I returned to work Monday 100% and will be at my second visit this week.

The Joint has been a great blessing. I have had back problems for years and use chiropractic manipulation to help me stay a productive person and keep working. The days and hours of operation along with no need for an appointment makes it easy for me to get in when I am in need. Also this is very affordable since I am seen once a week the plan they offer has worked for my husband and I. Cant forget to mention Dr. Freeman who has been tremendously helpful in assisting me to remain in the workforce and not rely on medications to do it! Thank you for always getting me back in line, and providing relief.

I really enjoy going to The Joint in Winston Salem, NC. I see Dr. Freeman. He is very attentive to my spinal needs. It is wonderful being enrolled as a Wellness member now because of some spinal issues that need lots of work so I can hopefully avoid surgery. You cant beat the price as my health insurance does not cover chiropractic. I have been to a regular, conventional chiropractic office before and I find this way better physical attention. It is extremely convenient to go anytime and not have to try to schedule an appointment. And, Nancy always provides a wonderful greeting when I arrive.

Ive had 5 back operations on my lower back due to a work accident and developed a bad pinched nerve pain in the middle of my back. Reluctant & skeptical of chiropractors, I went to Dr. Freeman to see what he could do, he popped the joint and I felt better than I had in a while. Now knowing my wants & needs, each visit takes less than a minute since that one joint is the only thing I get done and worth it for the relief I get. We even chat about music and other things we do and hes become a friend. If you have any back pain just go in for an adjustment and Im sure youll feel better.

I grew up skeptical of chiropractors. After experiencing lower back pain that other forms of treatment did little too address, I gave this a try. The chiropractor was very knowledgeable and I was impressed with how methodical the process was with the use of breakaway table sections, etc. After I went, there was a noticeable increase in my mobility and a reduction in pain. I did more research online and my skepticism has now turned into an understanding that there can be some good reasons to seek chiropractic care, especially in addition to physical therapy.

Honestly.......didnt want to go but the wife forced me and boy am I glad she did. Dr Freeman is a true professional and keeps me feeling good since I sit at a desk all day. The family plan is great (even without insurance)! After the session I feel better, have more energy, and a great workout! Try it and see the difference for yourself!!!!

I was injured in the military with a cervical injury. I had been losing strength in my hands. I was told I need some stretching because of a jammed shoulder. I went to the initial visit and was impressed and I have signed up for the monthly visits. It has been great, feeling stronger.
