Was not very happy with services. Minimal work done on my neck, 30 min visit with 90% of it was my doing my prescribed stretches which I could do at home. Minimal time with heat and TENS. And little to no massage of neck. While insurance was verified I paid 2 copays =$90.00. Which I was told would be returned to me. This has been since mid June! Per conversations was told it would be returned right after July 4th,2017!! It is now August 7,2017! Still no refund. Contacted insurance company and our advocate! I need that money back in my HSA!!! I do not recommend this place. I have a new SCRIPT for PT. But will be looking else where!!!
