I ended up with a pinched nerve in my lower back and was in unbelievable pain. I never had anything like this before and was shocked at how immobile I had become and how badly I was hurting, total pain! I had heard good things about the Pain Relief Centre and so I gave them a call. They got me in the next day (thank you!) and and after evaluation, began rehabilitating me right away. Within a couple of days, I was already doing better. Within a week, I was already back to work and within two weeks it was like the injury never even happened. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Farrell, her excellent bedside manner and the quality of the treatment I received. She was outstanding and really helped me get back on my feet. The support staff is also extremely friendly, supportive and encouraging. If you are faced with any back/pain issues or just want to get on a preventative program, I highly recommend the Pain Relief Centre. Thank you so much for your assistance with my back injury!

I was having severe back and neck pains, I went to the pain center in Palatka for a checkup and to see if anything could be done to help me. I was sent for X Rays and started treatments and within a few days I was feeling so much better, I knew it and my friends even asked me why I was acting so much nicer. I didnt realize that over time pain had built up to the level that it was hurting me so bad that I didnt even want to leave the house or talk to anyone. I am about one week into treatments now and am feeling so much better that I am wanting to get out and go now and feel like living again. Im very thankful that a friend of mine recomended them to me, they have helped me more than anything that I have tried in the last 10 years. I would recomend to anyone, giving them a visit and let them try and help you. They sure have helped me in just a short time. Thanks to your whole staff. Ronnie Raburn

I have spent the past two years of my life suffering from neck and back pain. I have been to two different orthopedic doctors, a neurosurgeon, an acupuncturist and a different chiropractor in search of the answer to find the source of my pain and help me return to my athletic lifestyle. MRIs, x-rays, ultrasounds, NSAIDs, physical therapy - you name it - I tried it! I do not like to take medicine and was desperate to find the problem instead of masking my pain. Dr. Fechter, Dr. Farrell and the staff at the Pain Relief Centre have given me my life back! Dr. Fechter took the time to evaluate me and actually explain to me what my problem was and how to correct it. 12 weeks later for the first time in years I feel like myself again! Dr. Fechter is the best! I have been enough places to know this and he and his staff are the only ones that have helped me!

I went to the PRC after an involuntary involvement in a car accident! Their compassionate, friendly, and professional staff helped me EVERY step of the way. From the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave, you are treated as a friend or family member. Thorough service from medical staff, PT, chiropractic, scheduling, billing, massage...everything! My goal was to heal and get back to triathalons. Six months after accident I placed in 4 out of 5 races! Would not have been able to do that without their comprehensive services!! Thank you to every employee of PRC St Augustine! ❤

I have been very happy with the staff and services associated with this facility. They are very nice and pleasant to work with. I went to them when I started having severe back pain. They were able to get me in as a new patient. After a consult, they did some therapy to help ease my pain. Once they were able to get X-Rays done, they explained everything that was occurring to me, and put me on a course of treatment. Since going to them, I have begun feeling a lot better and am seeing improvement every day.

Dr. Fechter is AWESOME!! I called to schedule an appointment with severe back pain and was able to bee seen the same day. Having had 4 previous back surgeries, I was worried about the path I was starting to go down again. Dr. Fechter was very thorough and attentive and after just 2 visits, I feel like I am back to my normal self...NO PAIN!! Dr. Fechter and the staff at Pain Relief Centre have a new client for life. Years ago I visited Dr. Fechter after my Physician suggested I see a chiropractor, and Dr. Fechter was one that my Dr. suggested. My problem was a numb scalp. After one or two visits there was little change, but on about the third visit, with one more good crack of my neck, the feeling rushed to my head so much so that I got dizzy! Oh what a feeling! Now we are working on my thumb for the same complaint. Thanks Dr. Fechter!

Dr. Fetcher is very professional and good at what he does. I went in with major back pains where I could hardly walk. It was also very uncomfortable to walk. After just one day of being seen and treated, I walked out feeling amazing. My pain was completely gone, it was like I walked out with a new back. Would highly recommend going to see him. He was amazing!!! I am definitely going back for the rest of my treatments.

I love this place! This is my first experience with a chiropractor, and Im now wondering what took me so long. The doctors and staff at the Pain Relief Centre are professional, knowledgeable and caring. They respect the fact that Im a bit apprehensive about cracking bones, so they gave me an alternative treatment plan! My pain level has dramatically decreased, and I feel so much better!!! my experience with the pain relief center has been made a very good one. mainly bc of how profesional and nice the staff has been during my treatment. brenda, heather and beth has been the absolute best they are very helpfull in every way possible! i would highly recomend the pain relief center to anybody looking to get better ! u cant go wrong coming here . thank you so much for all you have done for me.
