Having a fear of chiropractic care has kept me from getting the adjustments Ive needed in the past; However, after a friend told me... "you wont break" and based on the fact that Dr. Dana is a friend of mine, I knew I would be in good hands! I am happy to say that it was a great experience and in all honesty... felt amazing! Dr. Dana understood my nervousness and treated me with care and gentle compassion -- and got the job done! But there is more, not only did she perform the adjustments, but clearly explained and show me with images what muscles, ligaments and nerves were involved in my discomfort so that I could fully understand the mechanics of what was going on. She also showed me a few things I could do at home to improve range of motion. Now I cant wait for my next visit as I continue my treatment. Being an athlete, I dont want to be away from my sport any longer than I have to be. Thank you Dr. Dana for your excellent care!

In 2009 I was able to receive the services of Dr Danna Scoonmaker due to a problem that hospitals were not able to take care off but had no problem running me the bills for it. Dr Danna Schoonmaker was refered by a church attendant and I had the best service.She is polite and her professionalism is the outmost in the practice of chiropractice. More than that, she is a caring and compassionate person who will go the extra mile to make sure you are felling at your best and are humanly satisfied in all aspects. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!! My 6 year old began popping her neck repeatedly almost overnight. Over the next week or two, it grew consistently more frequent. We were very concerned because we could hear her neck popping every time she did it, sometimes 3-4 times in a row. We brought her to you, DrDana Schoonmaker, and since she was scared of the table, you got on the floor with her, made her feel comfortable and did an adjustment. After a dentist visit my tongue went numb. A friend of mine happened to be at Dr. Shoonmakers office, when I told her my symptoms over the phone. Dr. Shoonmaker asked me to come in ASAP. She was able to identify that a nerve controlling facial muscles was pinched due to a dislocation of my jaw. After a short visit, the sensation returned to my tongue. Dr. Shoonmaker adjusted my jaw and spineand she applied ultrasound therapy to my nerve. Thank you very much for the prompt attention.

I have suffered from headaches and jaw pain since i was a child. I always treated it with asprin and massage and only saw relief for a few days. I went into her office for the first time with a headache and had instant relief. Ive been going there now for 2 months and have been 100% headache free and painkiller free! Dr Dana is not only great at what she does, but she has a great personality and her office is clean and inviting. Id recommend her to anyone!

Finally some relief from neck pain ive had since April 2015! Have tried other Chiro, Epidural injections, Facet injections and Acupuncture without significant improvement. Since seeing Dana my pain level has drastically decreased. I can actually turn my head without my arm going numb. She has taught me a lot about correcting my posture and exercises to help me strengthen my neck. Definitely Recommend!

One of the best chiropractors and sports medicine physicians in the Seminole County and Lake Mary area. Other patients call Dr. Dana the "Bone Whisperer". After over 30+ years of chiropractic all over Florida, Id have to agree. If you want to make progress with pain management, especially from a sports injury, shes worth the visit.
