I wish I had read these comments before I went to this doctor. I, too, did not recieve any paperwork after my visit. I had 2 skin lesions removed. My biggest problem was I paid my co-pay with a check card. I ususally use it as a credit as that give you a little protection from identity theft. I was told that if I used credit it would be a 3% charge. I told them this was illiegal and they said oh you can use it as a debit and I would not be charged. They pointed to a sign they had posted on the wall. When I got back to my office I looked it up and faxed it to them - it IS illegal to charge extra for the use of a credit card. They can offer a discount for paying cash - but CANNOT charge extra. It would seem obvious that if this was legal everyone would be doing it - right? This is a dermatology office - most of their work is paid up front - no insurance contract but paid in full. This type of office usually makes more money than other types of providers. Yet they want to charge a 3% more - this is greed. I hope I get my biopsy results and I dont plan to go back. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Ive seen Dr Dent for 5 or 6 years now for cosmetic reasons and love her. Always the same results. No issues ever. I go in and relax as she clearly knows what she is doing. More recently I have made her my primary and it was seamless. She is thorough and efficient. Love her manner. So graceful and beautiful. Wait time is 10-15. Staff is great.

They never answer the phone. Make you wait long periods. Needed an authorization from them which they said they would do later that day. But didnt do it. I called about 10 tens. No answer. Had to go to the office to get anyone. Poor management and professionalism. There are better places which better patient focused care.

Dr. Dent has been my primary doctor for many years and she takes very good care of me. Also, having a primary doctor that is a dermatologist is a big plus. I hope I have Dr. Dent as my doctor for many years to come, she is top notch in my book.
