Went today for an appointment but I got stuck in a horrible traffic jam. I called them 10 minutes before my appointment saying I was going to be 10 minutes late and they said that was fine and to come on. I get there, they say my appointment magically disappeared from the system (I just confirmed it yesterday) and that they couldnt see me because I was late. Okay.. You couldnt tell me that before I bothered coming? The woman I spoke with shrugged at me and didnt care at all. Not to mention she didnt have an answer for anything, especially my appointment magically being gone. RUDEST and most clueless people at the front desk. Safe to say Im going to someone else! They lost a loyal customer for good because of the lousy people in the front. One star is being nice from that experience.

I calls to schedule and appointment and was informed that due to my Insurance (United Healthcare) she could not take me as a patient. When I asked why and if something was wrong with my insurance she stated that my insurance is fine but th doctor has decided to put a CAP on United Healthcare subscribers!! I have never heard such a thing. Will never call them again even if I had different insurance.

I think Dr. Pepine and her staff are very prompt, courteous , and all around a great doctor. She took the time to explain everything to me about the procedure I was having. All while making me feel at ease.

Very good appointment. Answered all my questions, wasnt hurried through the appointment. Dr. Marci took time to explain everything. Office staff was courteous and polite. Very pleased with my visit.
