The staff at the front was very rude. I was a new patient on my first visit, I always have copied of my insurance information. I asked before arriving if a photo was okay, but when I arrived I was greeted by a young nurse in wonder woman scrubs who was quite literally the rudest woman I have ever met in my life. Explaining nobody told me that would be okay, I have never been treated like a that by a person at a doctors office, ever! I offered to reschedule for a day I could come back with insurance card in hand. She gives me a dirty look, offers only awkward silence, looks over her shoulder at an older nurse behind her, and looks back at me like I am making her life harder. They stated they would call me with my biopsy results within 2 weeks. I called back and was on hold for 10 minutes. The woman on the line kept putting me on hold, and apologizing. She couldnt hear me say and spell my name and give my birthday. I had to do that on the phone when I first scheduled with them, so not sure what is wrong with their phones either. When I get my results, I will probably be going to another practice... If I was a managing nurse here I would work on customer service training. Beware of wonder woman.

My experience with the doctor was limited but okay. The back office staff on the other hand is rude, condescending and unwelcoming. After the first day, I figured the big red-head women was just having a bad day but after 3 visits, it is clear she is just an unpleasant, bitter women. After the news I had received, this did very little to reassure me. To make my experience even worse, the nurse who took out my stitches neglected to rebandage my wound and it stuck to my shirt all day, ripping it open. Dermatologists are a dime-a-dozen and I will never go back and deal with these rude, careless people. On a side note Dr. Freeman, you should work on fixing your office rather than paying a marketing firm to fix your reviews...

I have to say, the people who work at the 17th St office are the nicest people on the planet!! I just could not be more grateful to them. They seen me as fast as possible. And twice I had gotten there early because of my sons schedule and I was going out of town. The staff really understood and took me as soon as possible. Also, Sue took her time with me, I never felt rushed! Amy and the others are great!!! And the even have a kurig in the waiting room with good coffee and hot chocolate!! I will recommend them to everyone I know!! Thank you!!

I called to get pricing due to me having a Health savings account. The office was totally unprepared to give out prices,This is a prime example of why healthcare is so expensive . When you price shop they refuse to tell you what they charge for services.

I was in and out in less than a half an hour. I have no insurance but I paid less than $80. He was great, the people there were great. I found my new permanent Dermatologist.

I will return to see him. He doesnt treat something unnecessarily. He listens to my concerns and answers in a direct honest manner.
