I dont recommend this place. My actual visit the staff was very nice and thorough, the issue came in when trying to contact them. I had 4 skin biopsies done, I missed a call so I immediately returned call I was put on hold twice for 10 minutes plus each time, was told wold pass on the msg for a return call. You dont have a direct number to the office . It was I felt a run around game. When you are waiting for results that deals with possible cancer you are already extremely stressed out, it was the worst 2 weeks of waiting, it should be more caring and considerate, and you should be able to contact at least the location of procedure....getting the run around for my results at one point I began to feel is this a valid medicall office or did I get ripped off almost $600.00. That should not be a concern. I finally did get my results 4 hours after 1 missed call, 3 return calls later. My recommendation for associates have a,permanent staff and actual contact phone number for local offices, you are dealing with people and an issue of possible cancer for some it should be taken more seriously.

We went for our first visit today. Upon arrival we were told they were shorthanded and were running at least forty minutes behind schedule. Since my husband and I each had an appointment, twenty minutes apart, we knew this would mean a long wait but we decided to wait anyway. Five minutes later the receptionist called me to the desk and notified me that my husband was not scheduled after all. We showed her the text he got when I made the appointments, but she said someone else was booked in his slot. There was nothing they could do about it and they were already behind schedule, so we decided to just cancel. The receptionist was very nice and apologetic but it would seem this particular office has some organizational problems. We had to jump through some serious hoops to be there today, so it was very disappointing.

Dont go to Associates in Dermatology if you want to be able to contact the office directly. I have waited for 2 weeks to get ahold of the office directly. Even then we had to escalate things with the Director of Client Operations to make them call us back. When you call in you get directed to a call center that has no access to your medical file or have the ability to answer any questions. Had no issues with the providers the previous 2 visits over the last 2 years, then had many issues with the last provider. Best tip, go elsewhere!

I saw Victoria last week for a skin check and I would highly recommend her. She was helpful, thoughtful and very professional!
