I was mislead about cost. I was told that it was $100 for the visit because BCBS wasnt covering any.....come to find out they actually charged my card $110 at that visit, AND still filed with BCBS and got $74 from them. THEN....still sent me a bill for a remaining amount. The phone # on the bill was to the accounting company(Phoenix Accounting SVC) so they couldnt answer any questions except, "sorry sir thats what you owe". They couldnt give me any better of an explanation then what I already saw on the bill that was sent. No transparancy of billing procedures. I will make sure to pass this info along. As a consumer you just want to feel like youre getting good service for what you pay and no SHADINESS. Seemed like a new facility, front desk was rude, therapist was friendly. Glad I didnt go back or I would have been charged so much more then what I was LEAD TO BELIEVE.

Everyone here is absolutely fabulous!! I have never seen people who genuinely care about their patients and are so in tune with what they need mixed with what they can handle! Nancy starts you off with a smile at the front desk and checks you in, the techs(there are a few of them, all of which are always so nice and happy) accompany you the the back where you start your therapy! Bonny is absolutely wonderful and it shows in her work and the progress that you see in her patients! Chad is a powerhouse and seems to take care of everyone and everything all at once! I have been treated by Bonny and she has this way of making you feel like youre talking with your best friend not just going to physical therapy! If you are in need of this service, this is where I would recommend you going! 100% fantastic service!
