If you have never experienced the worst customer service ever then this is the place to go!!! I had an appointment at 11:30am. I was there on time, but had to wait for an hour and a half to be seen by nurse. She was so rude that did not say even hi, and would not say you a word unless you ask her smth where she replies coldly. After, I had to wait for another 30 mins for the doctor to see me. I have been seen by Dr. Jessica, who was very polite and seemed to be literate. She asked nurse to make blood test for me. It was another horrible service and I really was concerned about hygiene. For example, she has put on her gloves and then touched the trash, but never decided to change her gloves while taking the blood! I was told to receive my blood result within a week and even less by a doctor. So, after 6 days I called back to the office and it has an option of finding out your test result, I pressed that and it asked me for the name and contact details and that they would call me back. I did so! Next day I called again office to the reception and said that I need to know my results, she has put me through to nurse who took all my contacts down and said will call back. Its been five days now, no one has called me back. You go to such places because you are sick, not because you have a lot of time that you dont know how to waste!!! Its been all together about a month since I made an appointment with them, visited and waiting for the blood test and still have no idea whats my diagnose! I will never ever go back to that place and do not recommend it to anyone!

I actually signed up for a google email account so that i could write this review, my experience was soooooooooooo bad. I was recently diagnosed with diabetes, which is the reason I made the appointment. Knowing this, they said it would be three weeks before they could see a new patient. Nice. My appointment was at 1:30pm. I showed up early to fill out paperwork. They had to spend twenty minutes creating said paperwork as they had none on hand. Then I waited two hours to be taken back to a room. Once I was in my room, I waited an hour and a half for a NURSE to come in and say it would be a little while longer before the doctor came in. They never took my vitals, and the nurse and staff were rude and cold. I finally got fed up with waiting and walked out of my room to find half of the staff, my doctor included, eating pizza and yapping away at each other. I left the practice and made another appointment that day with Wellstar Care and was seen a week later. Beena Patels practice is the vortex of suck. Dont go there.

I went to Dr. Patel over a week ago as a new patient. The office is disorganized and poorly run. I had to wait over a week for blood test results when the office had them since the day after my appointment, and I only got my results after calling their lab results line three times and driving to the office to demand Dr. Patel review my lab work. I had a second appointment for a test that should have taken 20 minutes, but I had to wait for over an hour and a nurse brought another patient into my room without asking me if that was alright. I had to tell two nurses which test I needed, as they each thought I was in for a physical. Again, I only got my lab results after calling and asking for them. The second time around I didnt even see or talk to Dr. Patel. I will not be returning to this practice.

I found Dr. Patel to be all that I had been looking for in a physician. I felt like I was her ONLY patient, because of the time she took to talk to me about what was going on with me. she has an excellent way of being extremely through in her examinations, despite of her disability. Most doctors that I encountered here of late are on an assembly line...hopping from room to room, not taking the time to show they care about your health issues. I found a doctor that I think I can love. Her staff is is warm and very friendly.

Long wait period. I can ask for something to be sent to the portal (labs,etc.) and it will not be done. Things in the labs went unnoticed, had I not mentioned them I dont know if they would have been addressed. VERY QUICK to just send out for a referral. Felt as if I was just put on to another doctor. I am switching to another MD. This was convinent for location, not so much if I am being sent out for routine medical issues.

Upon calling this morning and trying to schedule a physical for my daughter I will never do business with this place again. The gentleman who answered the phone was very unprofessional and nasty. All he was worried about was how this company would be compensated for my child coming. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

I have been going here since 2003 Dr. Patel will end you to the proper doctor is your bloodwork is just a tenth of a point off. She does not play and does not try to treat something out of her field. Very pleasant to talk to as well. Staff friendly and she will call you back if you need collaborates with your other doctors.

I always schedule the first appt for the day, 8:30, because they are always running late. I am still standing outside now at 8:42 there are no lights on or employee cars yet & the phones go to the answering service. This is the last time I will be here because they do not care about our time. This happens every time.....

I love Dr. Patel. Been my doctor for past few years. Location excellent and she is very strict but great!!
