I visited this urgent care facility on 9/15/2014. The level of incompetency at this office surpasses anything Ive ever experienced. Here is what happened: Sept 2014 - First visit. Receptionist doesnt photocopy my insurance and manually enters completely wrong info including my name & social security number. My insurance rejects this claim. Nov 2014 - I call them for my test results as I had heard NOTHING from them. They had told me that they would reach out when my results were back. Feb 2015 - First bill sent by medical office. 5 months of radio silence at this point. I had assumed everything was taken care of since my insurance should have covered anything. I called their billing office and the woman ended up billing the wrong insurance company. Claim denied. Again. Apr 2015 - Second bill as the claim had been denied because the employee billed the incorrect insurance agency. I call the billing company AGAIN clarifying everything. Eventually I see that my actual insurance company was billed at the end of April. May 4, 2015 - My account has been sent to collections. At this point, the medical office has already received payment even after all of their screw-ups. I fail to see why I should be further responsible for this entirely inept medical practice. Do not come here for any of your medical needs or youll end up in a 7 month long billing battle - none of which will be your fault.

Fastest urgent care clinic I have ever used. But the speed doesnt mean they dont take the needed time with you. It just means you arent waiting forever to see someone and deal with getting checked in. They had just ONE form for me to fill out, my first visit there. That was refreshing. So used to having to write the same thing 10x. I walked in, gave them my insurance info, filled out a form that was basically just name and address and 60 seconds later was called back. After temp and blood pressure, I waited literally 2 minutes for the doctor to come in. Dr. Nguyen was extremely friendly, concerned and thorough. He set me up with the meds I needed for my sinus infection and the next day Im already feeling better. No long checkout after the doc visit either. If I cant wait for an appointment with my regular doctor, Ill be coming back here any time I need anything. Great clinic!

Absolutely wonderful experience. I waited less than five minutes and Dr. Ngyen was pleasant and personable yet professional. The nurses and desk staff were friendly and helpful. There was no one in front of me when I went (around 10:30 on a friday morning) and I waited less than five minutes. Diagnosis, treatment and prescription writing also was the quickest Ive ever experienced. I have never been in an urgent care office for such a small amount of time. I had to call the office back after I left to ask a question and the girl I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I will continue to visit this office and recommend it extensively.

Super fast & friendly, in and out in 20", even with 2 patients ahead of me! Was concerned Friday lunchtime would be busy, but front desk, medical assisant and Dr. Nguyen were all first rate. He was cheerful and reassuring. Nice clean waiting area (flat panel TV!) and exam rooms. Since i didnt need Xrays or blood work, they had me on my way in minutes, armed with a prescription for antibiotics. About the only minor "con" I can think of: threw used gauze in regular garbage, not the biohazard container next to it.

Forgot my prescription in GA over a holiday weekend where I ended up going home. I called the doctor to see if she would call another prescription in for me close to where Im from. She said no bc she wasnt licensed in that state. Turns out, you dont have to be licensed in another state to call in a prescription, you just cant practice there. Sounded like she was just being lazy

I was a quick walk-in, and the doctors took care of me right away. I was there for around ten minutes, at most. When I left, all the nurses gathered at the front desk and waved goodbye with smiles on their faces. Definitely recommended to people who arent feeling well enough for work/school when they wake up in the morning.

The few times I went there I was in and out with in 30 min. I NEVER waited more then 5 mins in the waiting room and Dr. Ngyen is the BEST bedside manner and listen to you. I live in Austell and work in Alpharetta, and I will drive all the way to Alpharetta to see him when I can not get into my primary doctor.

The staff is very friendly. I had to wait less than 10 minutes, and I waited less than 2 minutes in the patient room before the doctor arrived. Doctor Nguyen is very friendly, and professional. I go here for everything short of open heart surgery. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Keep up the great treatment guys!

I was seen at Medhelp Urgent care on 7/1/2010. I was impressed with the cleaniness of the facility and the polite staff. I was taken back immediately and seen by the physician withiin 5 min. The physician was great. I would recommend this facilty and would definetly go back!!

Everyone is so pleasant and knowledgeable. It feels like they are genuinely concerned and care about my injury, working so hard to help me. The facility is amazing, equipped with state & the best part is you get the right treatment

Medhelp whole staff was outstanding, from reception to the doctor and follow-up, was as good of care as one could ever expect. They set the standard that other emergency rooms and care centers should strive to achieve.
