Dr. Qidwai was my primary care physician and performed my annual exam back in March 2017. During the physical exam, she asked about the number of my prior sexual partners and I I was targeted because I am a woman of color. She kept saying I was at risk for STDS although I am not sexually active and told me to take my temperature every morning to see if Im ovulating. How am I at risk for STDs and pregnancy if Im not sexually active? Are White patients treated this way? I called the office to schedule an additional physical exam for a sports/physical activity less than 45 days of my first visit. The receptionist told me I did not need to come in for my appointment and that Dr. Qidwai could complete the paperwork without my attendance. The day I needed the paperwork, they told me I needed to come into the office. Once I completed a second physical, she told me would not sign the form for my activity until she got my blood work from my OBGYN. Please note: I do not need nor require blood work for the physical examination. Dr. Qidwai already had my bloodwork from the OBGYN, but she was not satisfied. Ultimately, she did not give me the care I needed and was very unprofessional. I had to go to another doctor to get the physical completed, thankfully the other doctor was more professional and more helpful. I am making this formal complaint so other patients dont endure what I went through. Please note: The receptionist was not at fault, Cathy was great. I also filed a complaint with the Medical Board of Georgia.

Was unable to even see the doctor because the reception gave such terrible customer service over the phone. By the time it was all said and done i decided to go to another office. If the doctor has her being on the front line with her patients I wonder how many patients she has lost or never received because of this same issue. She doesnt listen or even offer to call the insurance company when she clearly did not hear the information correctly. I had to call my insurance company twice when any other doctor office I have been to handled all this in office.

Dr. Qidwai is an excellent physician. Her attention to detail and specific questioning relating to symptoms provides me with the confidence I am looking for when medical attention is needed. Her warmth, genuine concern, and bedside manner is second to none. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a primary care physician. Joe B.

Dr Qidwai is an excellent dr. My husbands health was a absolute disaster. She put him back on track. We had tried for years to no avail. Her bed side manner and attention to detail are priceless.
