My wife and I have been a patients at Douglasville Family Dental for over 20 years. Dr Butch and Dr Josh and their hygienists have always given us exceptional personal dental care while not "encouraging" or "pressuring" us to get procedures that arent necessary. According to some friends that are dental hygienists in the area there are many "dental mills" in Douglasville that crank out the patients that are initially cheaper on basic services but in the long run will cost you dearly. The "dental mills" encouraged their patients to get procedures even though they dont need them at the time because many hygienists are paid bonuses when they meet "quotas" for booking additional procedures.

I was first made aware of Douglasville Family Practice by my grandchildren who loved the whole staff and never feared a dental visit. Therefore, when I needed a dentist, I chose this group and have been very pleased. From the moment you sign in, you are aware that this is a friendly, close knit group. I have been treated with both kindness and courtesy by the entire staff. Although I have seen a number of dentists through the years, I have never experienced real pain free care until now with Dr. McIntyre. I recommend both him and the whole family practice to anyone in need of dental care.

I literally just walked out (not even home yet) and had to leave a review. I am 29 weeks pregnant had a dental emergency. I am also a brand new patient and was squeezed in as soon as I called. Every single person I came in contact with was AWESOME! The Dentist is especially gentle and does whats best for the patient. With approval from my OB I was able to get my tooth pulled in a matter of 2 minutes. My will defiantly be back and with my family. Thank you all for such courtesy!

Amazing !! I am 29 yrs old and I have seen Dr. Crowe and his staff since I was toddler. Went in today for a tooth extraction, and ended up feeling comfortable enough to have another procedure done back to back. I have always had anxiety when it comes to dentist more specifically needles ! And I can say hands down going to Dr. Crowes office is like a walk in the park, friendly staff, great caring assistants and amazing dentist !

Dr McIntire and his staff are friendly, caring and professional! He really takes time with his patients carefully explaining in detail any concerns he has about my teeth and any procedure that he feels is necessary. I am confident that he is not selling dental work but instead recommending what is best for me! The wait time is very reasonable.

We switched when we had an emergency on a Friday and DFDC were the only only dental facility willing to take us, even over my current dentist. They were kind, helpful, took great care of us, and my children loved them. We have been goin ever since!

Love this practice!!! They are always super friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a family dental practice. Our entire family has been going here since the early 80s. And even though they have been practicing for over 30 years theyre technology is on par.

Great for the whole family! We wouldnt go anywhere else. I see Dr. McIntire, my wife and son see Dr. Crowe, and weve never had a bad experience. They are great with kids--so much so that our son gets excited about going to the dentist!

Friendly staff. Dr. McIntire explains procedures and answers questions thoroughly. He makes recommendations but doesnt pressure you to have extras done if youre not interested. As a bonus, fun reading material in the waiting room.
