For those who know what that or0al surgeon did to me... Check this out! By the way Monday the dental board, a lawyer/,lmyself as well as all my proof. Some in form of paperwork and of course the. Dang lumineers that they chose to use my whole $1,500 on. My teeth still not even started getting fixed cause the really do not care! they hoped I.would go away but nope! They owe me dental work but scared to use them now even if they decide to honor this. I believe what caused mine was a employee that doesnt know what computer or telephones are for cause she would have realized if only FOR REAL CALLED SURGEON OFFICE ABOUT ME. Like I said.... You assumed and punished me because couldnt face ur boss. I have all paperwork plus 2 witnesses. Im done. I will get a refund on the damn fancy teeth n go affordable dentures! LMAO! SO IM ON DISABILITY. My monthly pay isnt even enough for my rent payment. But somehow I wanted " lumineers?" Look u could at least after all the calls to yall for months. All the tears I shed begging. But literally you refused to even talk to me. U said making calls finding surgeon etc... Lies! DO I SEEM LIKE IM A HOLLYWOOD TYPE... MONEY...BEST OF EVERYTHING? NO! $$. So instead of doing oral surgery and my (supposed to be regular teeth) they decided I loose my last bit of money... I loose my confidence to smile...., Also these last 9 months, the number of teeth abcesses I had to endure and now I literally dont even respond to antibiotics. Im miserable and on disability for brain surgery. I stopped running my food ministry for the homeless. My pain lasts days n days its over. I could have gotten all done at affordable dentists for $700 but my daughter started seeing Karen wise. Dr. Summerville worked with them. So a dentist. A surgeon and a denture creator all together and what Im nothing to even speak 10 seconds about to help me? You chose well Amy Campbell Terry has Medicare so lets pretend these teeth are $1500 and still bill Medicare for her surgery. Well I warned you to use my cash on all extraction/all surgery plan + dentures. because I was told by customer service no way cover surgery n dentures. By the way I have all the paperwork. Even the wise choice payment plan u printed out until I got whole amount. God bless u all. Not nice people at all. God has me. I always will be OK. But thats because I really do care if I hurt someone. Its supposed to BOTHER YALL... BAD HEARTS FOR SURE. Everyone.... Please pray the dental board and/ or lawyer CAN help me get these things out of my mouth. I can it handle so much. My son 15 daughter 20 and granddaughter is 6 months. They need me.

My husband went to Cartersville Dental Group and had Karen Wise fill his fillings. My husband had never had someone to make sure he brushed his teeth growing up, so it never became a habit. His teeth werent great, but they werent horrible either. When Karen had drilled out all the cavities and they were bare, she held up a mirror and made him look at it. ( to a patient who was terrified of dentists) During the process she also answered her phone while doing his teeth, which I find very inappropriate and unhygienic. Its been about a year and we have decided to go to a different dentist- A Smile 4 You. He had a dentist appointment today and the dentist there told him that his fillings were not properly filled and would have to be redone. We paid over $600 for the original fillings out of pocket. It is going to cost us $287 to have these fillings redone. We are not being refunded for the fillings and even if Cartersville Dental Group offered to redo them, my husband swears he will not let that woman near his teeth again. So, we are just going to have to cough up $287 to fix this mistake. My advice? DO NOT GO HERE! Go to A Smile 4 You. They are nice and dont make you feel like crap about your teeth and they do things right.

Repent for the kingdom of heaven is here! This woman has taken her advantage on Gods Children. Repent Dr.Wise, Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Make a straightway for the Lord! Because the work you do on teeth is devilish. I never cursed anyone like this, but besides you. I will make this an exception. You need to be shut down before you hurt someone. I am not rating because you are a negative -100 because of your conduct towards the patient and your lack medical expertise of the teeth. God Bless for all who go to Dr Wise! And God Bless those who had suffer her pain.

Professional service from the front desk to the operating room. I was very pleased with the way I was treated and given full information through the whole process of my dental upgrade. At first I was scared and doubted but after the work was completed, I became a believer. Thank you for all that you have done for me, and I will continue to have my dental work done here. Thank you Dr. Sommerville and Dr. Wise for such professional work. I finally have my smile back.

The most unprofessional dental office I ever been to. Dr. Karen wise is a completely unprofessional. When when I told her how unprofessional she was she had the audacity to say she was stooping down to my level.

Blamed my uncomfortableness for him being unable to extract my teeth properly when it wasnt fully numb. Left with one tooth half out, pain Rx, and a referral to surgeon. Ended up costing me $900!!!!!!
