I am very disappointed in Dr. Mark Rowe. I went in as a new patient and the $49 new patient special which included cleaning, exam, and x-rays. What I was not told at ANY point in the appt. process is that this a 2 part procedure-meaning I had to have 2 separate appts on 2 separate days to qualify for this special. I had already taken time off from work to make this initial appt and could not have worked it out to take additional time off for the 2nd part of this procedure. I had the special offer card with me and pointed out to the hygienist that nowhere on the card did it say ANYTHING about having to make another appt for these services. I would not have scheduled a visit if this was the case. I had already driven well out of my way to get to their office. I told all of this to the hygienist in a matter-of-fact but polite manner. Apparently the receptionist was supposed to have made me aware of this before I scheduled. So the next thing I know, the hygienist leaves then comes back after a couple of minutes followed by the dentist Mr Rowe. He introduces himself, shakes my hand (I am thinking what a nice man, hes going to apologize for the mix-up and let me get this done all in one visit) WRONG. The next words out of his mouth (all the while smiling!!) are "I think were through with you for the day". Uhh, WHAT??!! I was just sitting there with my mouth opened completely dumbfounded. I again pointed out the card, showing him that nowhere on it is mentioned the 2-day policy for this special deal. He was clearly incensed and asked me to leave. Could NOT believe it. I think his attitude and behavior towards me is very telling and reveals much about his character. I guess I didnt matter much to him since I was only a "$49 special" to him at that point. I have no idea about the quality or value of the actual services they offer since I never got that far, but I will NEVER step foot in there again. This man does not care about people!!!!

I was beyond impressed with Dr. Rowe and his amazing staff! I called to make an appointment and Tiffany was very warm and friendly. I was impressed that the office was hosting a school supply drive for kids in the area. This type of social responsibility is both impressive and needed in the Gwinnett County area. The office is located on Satellite Blvd in a very nice complex. Meadowbrook patients have reserve parking in the front. Once Tiffany checked me in and gave me an informational folder I was greeted by Toni. Toni was the dental hygienist she first took me for an X-ray then she took several pictures of my teeth. She explained what I needed to have done and a suggested plan of care. I then met Dr. Rowe who had a great personality. He provided more insight on what I had to get done and the preventive measures they would take to ensure the health of my teeth. Toni also explained that although my insurance would cover most of the treatments there would be some out of pocket costs and she brought in the finance liaison to explain to me what the cost would be (very minimal). I appreciated that I was informed of the potential costs before services were tendered. Toni did a great job with my deep cleaning and scaling. She also gave me great advice on what to do until my 3 month check up. Her personality was awesome. This is a great dental office with wonderful staff members, modern equipment and an excellent dentist!

Since our old dentist retired and his firm stopped taking our brand of insurance, we have been searching for a new dentist seemed to care more about me than ringing up additional services like unnecessary xrays when I had just had them done 2 months before or "deep cleaning" services--btw not covered by insurance and screws up your record going forward. Dr. Rowe just bought this practice a year or so agoa and completely remodeled. The facilities are very pleasant. The staff is very courteous. My daughter who isnt particularly fond of going to the dentist does not protest any more. They look up procedures to tell you how much insurance will cover so you can decide if you want to proceed. I have never waited more than 5 minutes before going in to start my cleaning---others can be as long as 20-30 minutes. He even used a piece of equipment that whitened my teeth, removed the coffee stains and such, without charging me extra...just part of my cleaning. Dr. Rowe takes pride in his practice and give the personal touch. I highly recommend his practice.

Dr. Rowe is an amazing dentist. On my first appointment, I expressed my trepidation of having my mouth worked on. I have a really bad gag reflex and am not a fan of the numbing shot dentists generally put in your cheek. After the exam, Dr. Rowe discovered that I had a cavity to fill. He actually asked me if I wanted the numbing shot. When I asked how much it would hurt on a scale of 1-10, he said about a 4. I was so excited... I went "shotless" and was thrilled to realize that it really was about a 1 on the scale. That was about 10 years ago. Im happy to say, these days I really dont mind going to the dentist. Dr. Rowe has taken away my nervousness and kept my teeth very healthy. Thanks!

Dr. Rowe was a referral, and I i took too long to get there!! Every dentist should be like Dr.Rowe. He is honest about what is going on with your dental health. On my first visit for a cleaning he said "I cannot help you today" and referred me to Specialist. I was shocked but happy. A year later, he is the same. I just had a root canal....glad I have Dr. Rowe as my go-to Dentist. He has a wonderful staff, nice personality and just as important, does great work. A huge recommendation from me. And you get to watch movies

I have been going here for about four years! I love this place ..its very welcoming! The staff is amazing! My Dental Hygienist Andrea and Tena are AMAZING! They are gentle and very knowledgeable! Craig is also very nice. Dr. Rowe is the best dentist ever! They take very good care of you! The facility is very clean and family friendly! I never have to wait long and they send awesome friendly reminders about your appointments. . Your preference of text email and or phone call. I love this place! Check them out for yourself!

I love MFD. Tena is the best hygienist I have ever had. She explains and teaches during the cleaning session and is just a cool person. Dr. Rowe is easy-going, friendly and makes things comfortable when the drill comes out. One of the assistants, Craig is a lot of fun and will likely sing you a song during your visit in the chair. Also, the ladies up front that schedule and check you out are always friendly easy-going as well. This is a fun dentist office folks!

Dr. Rowe and his staff are the most accomodating & friendly staff. I have had a lot of dental work by Dr. Rowe. He is the most pain free dentist that I have had in my 71 years and I am a real baby when it comes to injecting me with the needle. He has crowned almost all my teeth and they look beautiful.In my travels people have even asked me about them. I honestly can give Dr. Rowe a five star recommendation; and you will never find a better staff.
