I have brought my kids here since they were little. They are now 11 and 12. My first impression of the office was a calm, family-friendly place. I appreciated that Dr. Jones got in and out of their mouths without drama. She, as well as any employee in the office, are more than happy to answer any and all questions you have (even if you have to have them repeat it so you are comfortable) If they dont know, theyll find someone who does. I was actually there today and commented to the girls at the desk that this is one place I feel comfortable that I can go to them with any concerns and they always treat me with dignity and respect. I like a place that everyone gets along with everyone because it calms my kids. If they were all business, most kids will get intimidated. The sometimes informal chitchat makes them feel like whats happening in their mouths isnt so bad (even if it is). My husband and I liked it so much for them that we started going to Dr. Jones ourselves. Everyone gets this same treatment, yet when its our turn, I feel like were the main focus Dont know how they do it but happy I found them. : ) J. Sierzant

I have gone to Dentistry4kids since I was very young, my first appointment was there. In the Duluth office there used to be Dr. Cynthia and Dr Henry, Whoever had time would see you first. I loved the hygentists and assitants so much and Dr Henry always took great care of me but I would go into crying fits whenever Dr Cynthia walked into my treatment room becasue I knew I was in for it. She was always always very rough with her novicane shots and her drilling, Even when I was crying ans squirming she did not cease to grind my teeth, Im telling you this woman gave me the aneixty attacks I get to this day ( im now 17) when I go to the dentist. I always have to be sedated. Dentistry4kids is a great place and I eventually started only making my appointments with Dr. Henry at the Swuanne office becasue she was so personable and caring. She will immediatley stop when you have pain, no questions, Cynthia Jones gives the practice a bad name when the staff is great! Unless you want your children scared of the dentist into their teen years, take them to Dr. Henry, dont switch practices

Want your children to be AFRAID of the dentists? Want your children to be in pain while their teeth are being treated? BINGO! It is exactly that place for both! Bonus: when you try to explain that you feel that something is going wrong and your child feel pain you will hear hundreds of arguments that you are totally wrong like: - do not teach me. I know how to do my job - your child CANNOT feel any pain as he is under anesthesia - crying and moaning is a usual behavior of a child at his 2-nd visit to a dentist - etc They might be right with all of their arguments. But it does not help me and my child to feel comfortable or any better. And as for my concern your child WILL 100% be afraid of the dentists because of these great doctors. But in fairness I must say if your child is older the 8 years they might be quite good. They treated my daughter (9 years old) very professionally. But if your child is 6 or younger then you will probably experience the things we experienced. Do not believe me? - Try yourself. Good luck!

I highly recommended! I cannot describe how satisfy I am. I was there and feel like they all are angels. They treat you with value, a lot of attention and they really care your health condition. Dr. Cynthia Jones took with me her time with a lot of dedication. She is amazing Professional doctor, 100% honest! she know what shes doing, and how to manage a dental health situation. She treat the patients with responsibility and she work hard for them, for my opinion she is the doctor number 1. Her assistant was amazing too, very nice person, professional and very helpful. The prices are affordable, the service are excellent! very rare to find a place like this. I gone to bring all my family and my friends to them, because their gone to be in the best hands... If you feel lost on what Dentist/Orthodontist go , like I was, you need to go to this place. Thanks God, I had the opportunity to meet them!

Dentistry 4 Kids Suwanee Office is like something off a low budget horror film. The grounds are unkempt (grass not cut, trash on the front porch, dirty windows), the furniture is not clean and very worn/torn, and the carpets are nasty and stained. The place is like a zoo and that is before you meet Dr. Cynthia Jones, who should be a used car salesman, not a dentist. She is rude, unprofessional, and VERY unkempt herself and evidently has an issue filling teeth. There is already decay under my childs filling that she did only THREE months ago. Everyone in this establishment seems distracted and careless. The staff and "Dr." Jones are too busy with personal conversations to take care of your child. They never answer the phone when you call and cant bill your insurance company properly no matter what you do. Please do not take your child here, save them and yourself a real nightmare.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My daughter hated this place. Upon arrival, one would have thought that the staff was having a party to which my daughter and I were not invited! It appears that NO ONE knew we were coming, although I made the appointment months in advance. Furthermore, although there were plenty of hygienists running around the office, it did not appear that anyone wanted to wait on us. After a 45 minute wait, someone finally saw the look of disgust on my face and performed the cleaning on my daughters teeth. Dr Jones acted as if someone asked her to give up her last doughnut when requested to look at my daughters teeth before we left. What nerve! Never again. As we were walking out, the person at the desk asked, "Arent you going to make your next six-month appointment?" My daughter responded, "No." I told her that we would not be returning.

I worked for Dentistry 4 Kids for over 13 years. I have also worked for 3 other pediatric dentists, none of which compare to Dr Jones. Unlike most all pediatric dentists, she allows parents to come back with their kids. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the doctors and staff interact like family. Dr Jones has a strong personality, but she is very approachable. Dr Jones looks at each case individually, usually giving options for treatment and payment. All of the staff have been with her for years and are very knowledgeable about the treatment (also comforting anxious children) I took my child to her even when I worked at another dentist. She is fast, and most importantly, she does not do treatment that is unnecessary.

My son has been coming for years and usually we have no problems. However, today we showed to a rescheduled appointment and they told us we were not on the schedule and wouldnt be able to fit my son in until an hour an half later than his rescheduled appointment. Someone did not do her job (maybe she is new), which is to set appointments and change appointments in the system and/or appointment book. Thankfully, they got him in within 30 mins of his rescheduled appointment after I said I would take our money elsewhere. Im not sure if we will continue to come either since the dentist usually pressures me to get my son braces at 7 years old.
