I just LOVE Dr. Kegler and his awesome team. I am so glad we found them right here in Suwanee.. We went to Dent 1st for 18 years and I do not think one person ever knew my name. I was just a number. From my first time at Artistic Smiles, I was welcomed by name! Every single employee knew my name and introduced themselves. Paper work was done online ahead of time, so I did not have to fill out a million and one forms in the waiting room. The office is spotless! Clean, organized and modern. New equipment. I love that the chairs have massage features and you can listen to soothing music or you can watch tv as they work on you. Better yet they have an eye mask so you can relax while you get your work done, I know I am not at a spa, but is sure feels and smells like one. Dr. Kegler is personable and makes you feel very much at ease. They explained my procedure and also took pictures of all my teeth so I can see every detail of what issues I have and what work needs to be done. I was impressed, I could actually see the small crack in my tooth. I highly recommend that you give them a try. Holly, Danielle, Alma, and Carla are a great gals to work with trying to get my family of five scheduled. They filed with my insurance and I have never had any problems. My family and I are very happy with Dr. Kegler and his team!

Dr. Kegler, and the whole office (esp. Danielle and Carla!), is the absolute best experience I have ever had at the dentist - bar none. I hadnt been to the dentist in almost 5 years, when I went to see them (because of their awesome coupons and deals) - everyone made me exceptionally comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. The office is bright, clean, and new - very professional and modern. THEIR CHAIRS HAVE MASSAGERS IN THEM! I repeat: their chairs have massagers in them! I was terrified of the results of my exam, and Dr. K made me feel so comfortable with his humor and intelligence. Even when I was all teary eyed and worked up, he made me feel better about myself. His staff made me feel great, and I was able to work out arrangements to get my work done. They went above and beyond SEVERAL TIMES for me, in order to make me look and smile great. I absolutely LOVE Dr. K and his office, and they have earned a customer for life.

let me just start by saying that I hate going to the dentist but Doctor Kegler is the BEST! He was so nice and explained thoroughly the treatment. What I liked about it is that he explained not so much selling me on something bogus. He took the time to sit down with me and in detail told me why I had this and that which makes you want to take care of your smile. The staff is super nice and Paula was so sweet and attentive. A referral from my sister turned out to be the best advice ever. I am happy and proud to call Doctor Kegler my dentist!

Dr. K and his staff are great. I moved the area a year ago and went to two other dentist for preventative treatments before I found Dr. K. Bedside manner is huge in my book. Dr. K is professional, friendly and takes his time while performing treatments. He recently put a crown on one of my teeth and it was the smoothest procedure ever -- no pain during or after. I highly recommend Dr. K and team for dental needs in the Duluth/Suwanee area.

I love this place. The whole team does an excellent job at making you feel welcome and at ease. Ive had bad experiences with pain after a dental visit but that wont happen here! These guys are excellent, so good in fact that I fly from Chicago to get my teeth cleaned here. I also owe Dr Kegler a huge thank you for saving my life because he saw something abnormal on my tonsil and it was cancer.

WOW! The service here is incredible. Not only are my teeth sparking white and well taken care of but the staff is what makes the difference. They treat me like family, greeting me by name. They offer free beverages and computer access while I wait and ask about my school and family that I mentioned last visit. Ive been apprehensive about dentists since I was a kid. For some reason I require more anesthetic than normal to become numb, and thats always been a problem, especially when going to a dentist. This was the first time in recent memory that Ive had dental work done and there was absolutely NO pain. Dr. Kegler did a great job, and the staff was great too :-)

Danielle is one of the friendliest people I have met at this company. She always makes my family and I feel comfortable and relaxed. She even gave my daughter one of her Hello Kitty pens to keep. My experiences with Dr Kegler kept me going back here, even after I moved out of the state! However I always seem to have an issue with the receptionists (rude, impatient, seemingly always in a hurry). Im finally switching to a dentist closer to home because dealing with them is no longer worth it!

Very poor customer service at the front desk. Especially Danielle, she is rude and very unprofessional. I will never go there again. Be careful because one of tbe ladies charged me and my insurance company for the same thing. Take your business somewhere else. Definitely not friendly
