Dr. Son Van Nguyen DMD and the Staff of Stone Mountain Dentist are ABSOLUTELY THE VERY BEST IN THE BUSINESS...!!! This was an amazing level of customer service and customer care, setting the bar so high that other companies should learn from them. As much as I would like to pick one individual staff member as being the very best, I cant. They are a team working as mirror images of one another, going above and beyond to make each patient feel as comfortable as possible. It ticked me to experience how the long time patients interact with the staff, greetings as warm and personal as if they were speaking with a real sibling. It was then that I truly understood how blessed I was to be a patient of Dr. Nguyen and his Staff. I started my exam on a Tuesday and by Wednesday I left the office having done impression for my partials, deep clean on the upper and lower, and extractions of all 4 wisdom and others. These visits would normally take weeks but Dr. Nguyen and his staff notice how important it was for me to start the new year with a new smile. That intuition and understanding of their patients is first class service from a FIRST CLASS TEAM. So in closing, I would like to personally thank Dr. Nguyen and the team of Stone Mountain Dentist for an AMAZING EXPERIENCE...!!! A wonderful experience! It has been nine years since my last dental work and the thought of going to the dentist was kind of nerve wrecking for me. A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Nguyen and it was a good advice turn great. Everyone there is genuinely nice. The receptionist are really helpful and cheerful. They made me feel as if Ive known them for quite some time. Ive been there three times now and was worked on by three different hygienist with very distinct and enjoyable character. They made sure I was well informed of everything that was going on and we had many great conversations. The hardest part is trying not to laugh so hard. As expected from the staff, Dr. Nguyen is really down to earth and friendly. We connected right away with talks about tennis and basketball, somethings I am really fond of. I got my fillings done by Dr. Nguyen. Every step of the process was very assuring, he constantly checks on my status and is very thorough with his works. Thank Dr. Nguyen and your wonderful staff for your excellent services. I had a wonderful experience.

My search for dental care home ends here. For over a decade I have had series of bad luck with my general dental and perio care providers primarily because I felt their lack of genuine interest in me as a patient, but more specifically with a dental office and perio office I had used the longest I felt they were in revenue sharing arrangement rather than care for my dental health. The perio office was consistently rude to me. The dental office made two non-fitting partials, one of which I was never able to use - no refunds. A year ago I was referred to Dr. Son Van Nguyen by a friend. Here I am as happy as I can be. I have finally found my dental and perio home for excellent care. This office has made two most comfortable partials - the concept I had given up on. Dr. Nguyen has a very reassuring presence now in my dental health. Dental hygiene service is second to none. The office managers are just amazing. I feel no revenue motives in all dental heath recommendation from this office - e.g. Water Pik, and annual payment plan.

My mouth is SO happy. After only my first visit with Dr. Nyugen, I can chew and brush my teeth again without pain. I had been dreading a visit to my previous dentist because of the patronizing attitude, rough treatment, and my fear of being unable to pay. With the recommendation of my trusted friend, I ventured to Dr. Nyugens office. I was amazed to find that every person on his staff is genuinely invested in my care....a rarity here in Atlanta. Dr. Nyugen worked gently and answered my questions in detail. He helped me create a workable order for my dental care. Also, there is a CareCredit card which allows me to pay without interest. I am thrilled. Thank you, Dr. Nyugen, and thank you to your warm and welcoming staff.

Ive been coming here for about 3.5 years and I have never been disappointed with their service. Andrea does an excellent job of cleaning my teeth. She explains things very well and always offers tips on how to keep my teeth clean. She often tells me about new info shes learned at the dental conferences. Every time I come, the office is equipped with the latest technology in dental care. The front office staff handles everything very well. Never an issue with my insurance. Theyre far away from my current job and are also out of network with my current insurance, but I dont care. Ill pay extra and drive the distance if it means Ill keep receiving great service!

Got my wisdom tooth pulled out here and the experience was way better than I had thought. The office is very clean and comfortable. The staffs are friendly and nice. Dr. Son seemed very knowledgeable and performed my tooth extraction with ease. I didnt have any post tooth extraction pain as some others might have. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone in needing a friendly dentist!

This is one of the best dentist and office staff Ive ever experienced. They staff is personal and hygienists are quite knowledgeable and make you feel very comfortable. The scenary is one of the cleanest and best Ive seen - i call it the Feng Shui office with ceilings designed to relax you. Its an unbelievable experience. Never thought I would enjoy seeing my dentist but I actually do!

Excellent office!! I lost trust of dentists after previous experiences, but Dr. Nguyen did a great job of making me comfortable and was able to repair the damage done by my last dentist. He is great at explaining everything thoroughly in laymen terms as well. I now live in the city but the drive to the suburbs is worth it. Told my family to make the switch ASAP. Very highly recommended!!!

Dr. Son is one of the best I have been to, If there is any hint of pain he stops and does what he has to do. I appreciate the work he has done for me, with the implants and filings. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. I used to go to Dr. Towe, who was very good, and after he retired Dr. Son has been a good replacement, I am glad I went with him.
