I have gone to Arrowhead Clinics after being referred by a family member. This location is located in a new medical building. The staff is always welcoming and smiling when you come in. The staff makes a conscious effort to learn your name and greet you by name when you come in, like Cheers lol. They seem to really like their jobs. The staff is also multi- cultural which I like as well. When you walk in there is a sign in sheet and a waiting room which is clean and free of debris. The TV is on at an acceptable level and there are magazines for different interest there as well. I hardly ever had to wait but when I did the waiting room made it more pleasant. After you sign in you are given a clip board and assigned a room number. You have the choice of being adjusted first or completing your exercises ( I am sure there is a real medical term for these I just don’t know it). In the room with the exercise there is a sink to wash your hands, 1 table like the kind you lay on, six physical therapy machines, about 4 resistance bands, two diagrams with physical therpy exercises, a counter with educational information and several mats etc. The best part are the rolling beds Which there are four, the blue one for people in serve pain and three brown ones. The rolling beds, they are like massage beds, (think the chairs but beds) are in a separate curtained off room. This room is lightly lit and the beds are so relaxing and comfortable I had to keep myself from falling asleep! ---The only suggestion I would make is to provide spray or wipes for the machines, sometimes when other people get off of them and you are getting right on there is a residue from their hands. However, I am OCD about germs so it may just be me. The restroom ( ladies) is always clean and has lockers to store your stuff if you desire during your treatment. The Doctor, Dr. Howard works so hard at this location to make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have. He is AMAZING and I recommend only using him or requesting him if you go there. I do think that they may need another doctor to help him some days he has all the rooms full and it is just him trying to work with 3-6 patients. While he is skilled and super efficient he is not a super hero and help would benefit the patients and him as well. What I like about this location is that they have a chiropractor and a medical doctor as well. You also get X-rays done and a MRI. While I personally hated the MRI it made me and my husband feel better and provided a better level of care for me as a patience. I really feel their goal was to make me feel better and heal, both of those things happened. I thank them for their service.

The staff is not very welcoming and the whole process/treatment is rushed through. Its very impersonal and unprofessional. The chiropractor is good at what he does which is the only reason I didnt rate one star. But he seems to rush through and doesnt really listen to you. After I stopped going and my accident attorney office had informed them to cancel all future appointments a lady from the clinic even called with a very obvious attitude to confront me as to why I wouldnt be coming back. After explaining why not she made excuses and seems like she was taking it personally. The whole call was unprofessional and I never would have expected that behavior from a medical office. I do not recommend this particular location at all.

I was in a car accident and was referred to Arrowhead Clinic...I have only been coming for a week and they are awesome....Ms.Tammy she is so professional and very nice she takes care of you like family...Ms.Shae is very nice as well and she dont mind going the extra mile...the first time I came I was running behind but she didnt mind staying so I could be seen...Arrowhead Clinic is the place to go on UpperRiverdale Rd. if you come across any injuries.... They are a true blessing!!

The staff is amazing. Everyone gives great customer service. They make sure you leave happy an healthy and answer any an very question you may have. Shay Porter I think that was her name was key in resolving all issue or stumbling blocks that we have counted today and I wanted to give Big Ups to this Corporation for the training of their staff thank you guys you will be well referred to by me and some friends..

I have been going to Arrowhead Clinic for 4 1/2 years now and even though the circumstances in which I started my visits were not the best I would not change anything! The staff at Arrowhead are wonderful and caring and Dr. Howard is a great Doctor. He is very knowledgeable in the field he is in and has a great understanding in each of his patients needs.

I hate to leave this office. Eveyone is so sweet. They all, from the receptionist to the doctors were very attentive and made sure every visit went a smooth as possible. They explained every step of my process and what to expect for every visit. I am glad I am no longer in pain but I sure will be miss seeing the staff at this location.

The doctors and staff at Arrowhead Clinic were very professional and always ON TIME. I am a mother with two young daughters, the staff was able to accomodate my need for prompt service and short wait times. My daughters loved to "visit" with the staff and they always put a smile on their faces. Thank you Arrowhead YOU ALL ROCK!!!

She always greets me with a smile, answers any questions within her capabilities, and makes sure that I am as comfortable as possible. She is simply wonderful.

As well as just being an overall great listener. I would recommend to friends and family. Everyone was helpfu.
