I was leery of this place after seeing some of the reviews but since I am on state aid insurance, I had to give it a chance, as there are hardly any psychiatrists that take Medicaid that are any good. I was immediately impressed with how clean and new the building was inside, and the staff at the window was extremely nice and patient and friendly. I wasnt made to feel like a lecher or nuisance like other doctor offices have, just because Im on state aid. I wasnt made to feel like a criminal like the other reviewer stated. The girl in the registration dept was nice and nonjudgmental of my situation. Every doctor and counselor I saw come into the waiting room to greet their patients was warm and friendly, one who was on her way out the door even sitting with her patient who was a young boy and asking how he was doing, even though he wasnt there for his appointment with her but rather one of his brothers with another doc. That is outstanding. This place is very different from any other doctor office Ive been to. They actually seem to want to help people, even down to the staff. Due to the type of SOME people that ARE on state aid however, there will be some people in the waiting room that DO look a little sketchy. This is of course a small minority. A scumbag looking man was arrested by police while I was waiting, evidently he had broken into a car in the parking lot earlier. So, there is that. Overall, not nearly as bad as some have stated. Dont be afraid to give Wellspring a chance.

The system is failing me. My daughter is an extremely ill child and put her hands on me, I proved she wasnt on her medication and the horrible sass worker wouldnt help. She was right there watching my daughter do and say whatever she wanted and walked away. I called out to her to come back and help. Shes afraid of paperwork and I pray god doesnt turn his back on her the way she did me and my child

The counseling services were professional, thorough. The doctor was a nutcase. Said, "I am here to help the people who eat cat food" I was scared to continue with this doctor because I questioned his competence and sensed that he considered himself superior to me due to our respective genders. Without this loose cannon, I would give the clinic a B+ / A-

Well I thought the counseling was helping and they have a talent for good advice and guidance. Im actually looking to start up services again but its but difficult to even get ahold of anyone.and honestly like all the female counselors there are extremely hot and Id like to hit on one.like Kathy Arnold shes so gorgeous I could fall in love with that

Aaron was uneducated. He misdiagnosed my daughter almost causing her to be hospitalized. He refused to let me contact her psychiatrist, stating that she needed their care. His communication skills are poor. Every time he speaks his eyes read his computer screen like a teleprompter. There is so much more. Everything was poorly handled.

Ignorant staff...questionable doctors!!! Run like hell. Dr. Habib has questionable ethics in that he doesnt prescribe enough medication during hospitalization to hold the patient over until they can get outpatient treatment. We experienced EVERY NEGATIVE ASPECT MENTIONED BY OTHER REVIEWERS.

I thought the staff was extremely kind and knowledgable. I felt comfortable speaking with them and was happy to have been referred to them. My only semi-complaint is the length of time to wait for apps, however I cant fault them for being busy and actually taking their time with people!!

The staff is anything but helpful. If they are supposed to make you feel "well" or "welcome" they fail at both. They treat you like some kind of criminal who cannot be trusted before you even set foot in the door. Only go here if you have no other choice.

My doctor didnt listen to my issues at all- just wanted you to sell medication to me that didnt suit me. I ended up getting worse due to this and I stopped going. I do not recommend wellspring. I did not feel personally cared for.
