I must say that Dr. Velarde is a great foot doctor! He knows what he is doing and gets to the root of the problem! My biggest problem with his office is the main secretary! SHE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NASTY ADDITUDE! She acts like she owns the office and Dr. Velarde time! She is arrogant and unprofessional in every way possible! My mother had to call her multiple times to get some paperwork faxed to our disability company and this lady threatened my mom saying that the Dr. Would not see her if she didnt pay the balance! Granted the Dr was getting paid through the insurance and my mom was only getting 60% of her pay! All in all this office without that secretary would be spectacular but with her there its not worth the stress and headache this woman will cause you!

The receptionist was very kind but the doctor himself was rude I was explaining everything I knew isms he would roll his eyes and make faces when I didnt know something. Very disrespectful if you ask me also over the phone the told me that they covered orthodics and when I got there they told me that they would be 530 something dollars soul the information they gave me did not match what they told me when I got there I was very upset because it was basically a waste of time for me to go there I would not recommend going to this doctor

My experience there was great! The receptionist was amazing, very kind and the doctor was so sweet and willing to listen to everything I had to say. I would definitely recommend them!
