Best doctors with the worst office assistance very rude, unprofessional and unorganized. They can put you on hold for an hour and forget completely about you and after, shows you an attitude like you are the one who put them on hold for an hour. Minimum waiting time I experienced on the phone was 15 min. To get something done forget it they just dont care you can wait for weeks and nothing, literally nothing your child can die because it didnt get necessary test done on time. I wish such a wonderful doctors to have a better help.

Friendly office but Horrible phone service. Was on hold on phone over an hour until I finally drove myself to the office, still being on hold on the line. Also, asked to fax medical records over to our new pediatrician. They dont get things done and have you wait forever. The new clinic had to request again to get it faxed asap. Also sent me to the ER costing me big money when nurses at the ER were confused as why my doctor didnt just check my baby before taking her in. Baby was fine.

My kids have been seeing Dr. Saccaro since they were born and I love her. Dr. Saccaro explains everything in great detail and you feel like she actually cares. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
