Had an appointment for 9 am for blood work. Its now 9:23 and still waiting. They have a notice if you are 15 minutes late you are considered tardy and need to reschedule. What about their staff. Appointments are made for a reason. If the first appointment is at 9 staff should be ready ahead of time. Not coming in at 9 to set up. Only 3 people in the office.

She knows what to do, she is always thorough. She makes my kids feel good to be there. She always has a backup plan when my my kids treatment is not working. She trusts my opinion as well. And if she isnt right on time its be cause she is giving the best treatment you would want without rushing you out.

Love Dr Anna !! Super smart, amazing with my kids. I switched doctors to go to her because I heard amazing things about her. Shes so nice and friendly too, which is a plus considering my last ped was rude and thoughtless of her patients

Dr. Christoff has great rapport and bedside manner. Dr. Anna always makes myself and kids feel comfortable. Shes also attentive, smart, and accessible. I switched to her after I had my second son and was happy I did!
