Ive been going to D/Vision for over three years now, and I couldnt be happier with them--Ive referred over a half dozen of my friends from the office and theyve all come away happy customers (with cool glasses :-). Ezra is very helpful and thorough, and most importantly, takes the time to explain everything he discovers from your exam--most eye doctors are in a big hurry to push you out the door and railroad their next patient in, but not Ezra. In the front of the house, folks are extremely friendly, and very customer-oriented. Chris has taken the time to show me dozens and dozens of frames--always patient, and always willing to give his opinion and not just tell me what I want to hear (and believe me, for someone as fashion-retarded as I am, thats really appreciated). Lastly, they take my vision insurance (VSP) and thats really the icing on the cake, because some of the really fancy frames can get a little pricey--not that theyre cheaper anywhere else--its just the nature of the beast. Anyway, its a great business, and I hope to keep going there for my exams and glasses (my wife is a customer too!) for years to come. Even though I dont live anywhere near the office, I gladly hop off the Blue line at Division for the two block walk over to their office.

This is by far and above the best place for eyeglasses in the city. Huge selection of designer frames, much larger than anywhere else. My wife and I have gotten glasses here over the years and been extremely happy. Just bought another pair and actually was not happy with the frames (on my end), so they happily allowed me to return them for a new pair, no questions asked. I will keep coming here despite living in the suburbs now. Make sure to come here !!!

D/Vision has been my "GO TO" for eye wear for about the last 7 years. Probably the best selection of higher end glasses that youll find anywhere in Chicago. The staff is awesome, theyre very experienced, knowledgeable and they work as a team, often consulting one another on what looks best on me. I travel from the SW suburb of Oak Lawn to Wicker Park to shop with them... theres no reason to shop anywhere else!

Totally dishonest business practices. Lied to me, wasted my time, charged me a huge amount of money and I didnt leave with functioning glasses. Only after a LONG battle was I able to leave with empty frames - I left $300 short and will never ever go back.
