Its tough to write a review of the Des Plaines Chiro One office and limit it to just the exceptional care they deliver on a day in day out basis. Theres the care piece, the staff, the affordability and the environment that all need to be taken into consideration. This is no ordinary Chiropractic health clinic, this office is comprised of a stellar staff lead by Megan Richter, DC. Doctor Megan is caring and knowledgeable, she takes extra time to ensure her patients are well taken care. She goes far beyond the call of duty, something thats rarely seen in todays ever fast paced environment. To be honest I dont fully know what the official job titles are for the rest of the team, but what I do know is that they are miracle workers. Joshua, is welcoming and witty. He makes it a point to know how the patients in the clinic are doing, making sure no one enters or leaves the facility without feeling fully appreciated. Dorota is friendly, smart, multi-lingual and has a true knack for leveling with each patient and making sure they are fully aware of their care plan, how to achieve their goals and what the next steps as far as appointments and timing are. Beth is secretly the rock of the office. She takes extra time with each patient to know whats going on in their lives outside of Chiro One. She makes sure patients are on task and is there to be helpful should we have any questions along the way. All in all, I would have to say this IS the Best Chiro One clinic, with the best staff and great results. The vibe is always positive and fun and I know I sure appreciate that when walking in. Last but certainly not least, Chiropractic care can be costly and in some cases rather unaffordable, Dr. Megan is a wizard when it comes to explaining the insurance piece, putting bottom line cost into perspective and working with each person to ensure they can revive the care they need. I personally travel 20 miles out of my way 2-3 days a week because that is how much I believe in this team and there direction. I pass two closer offices and choose them over one that is 2 blocks from my employment.

After 1+ years of back pain, I signed up for a free screening through Abbie, who was phenomenal. However, once I actually go to the clinic, I wad nothing but annoyed and frustrated. They had me there so the Doctor could see me for less than 5 minutes, and not actually help me with anything until AFTER I come back for another appointment. That appointment, then, doesnt happen other than two times during the day and for more than 3 weeks after my initial appointment. If youre already a patient here, they seemed to be receiving great care. Not sure if my negative experience was because I came in with a promo offer, but shouldnt matter to me how I come to you. Im a patient looking for help, and you provided anything BUT that. Dont waste your time or money, go somewhere where theyll actually help you.

I have had a great experience. The staff are all very attentive and make everyone feel welcome. Doctor A.J. is extremely patient and kind. He does a good job explaining whats going on, even when things get busy. Their open therapy-area seemed a little strange to me at first, but i have actually come to really appreciate its simplicity. When I go, I can completely focus on myself or enjoy pleasant conversations with the (again, awesome) staff, and other people who are invested in their health. Last thing I will mention is that i am becoming more aware of when/how i accumulate the pressure on my spine and as I am writing this, my back is relaxing. It feels great and I have no reservations for suggesting this good practice.

Amazing! I could barley get off the table when I first started going here. I have to say after 2 months with Dr Megan I can finally feel my hands when I wake up in the morning. My vertigo is almost gone. Shes great. Everyone in this place is great. Very helpful and friendly.

Managed to not xray damaged areas despite clear description of affected areas, seemed single minded. Also the billing practices come across as perhaps a bit shady.
